Worked pretty well. Decided to grab a red beater tornado and sort of anchored it at the hospital in Sandy by making it a personal vehicle. After that, grabbed a 4 wheeler and drove around Sandy for about an hour. Sure enough I come around the corner and a seawash is parked right next to my red tornado. Decided to keep both of them in the end, the red one I’ll probably repurpose as Christine down the line though, so it won’t keep its color

hey i try to start the mission and redo and redo but it doesnt give me any epsilon related missions and it only sends me to missions with the Canis bodhi, i did the first missions of dax long ago and then i did one of this jobs, wait 40 mins and started trying, no good luck so far, im on ps4 edit: conveniently as soon as i commented, i got the mission and was able to get the Tailgater, Thanks!

A few general tips to add: 1. Time of day often matters for rare vehicle spawns - especially if there are NPCs interacting with them. 2. You can call up your own Blazer or Hot Rod Blazer or whatever variant to goad the game into spawning them. 3. Yes - this can be bought from other players in the L.S. Car Meet.

Got it on my 13th try with a 4 star wanted level because the NPCs were being twats.
