Quickest way is get a friend to get in the car then you leave the session which ends the mission but keeps the car. Then join back and go to ls customs for tracker and insurance
Also I have a headset with mic and I only allow two people at a time because of my severe anxiety and PTSD from domestic abuse again sorry about all the comments mate

Hi, the black tailgater at airport will spawn only inside the mission? When i did the mission it was sunday and raining. So for me the black tailgated didnt spawn. Now i drive around in blue one , hoping that it will spawn outside the mission.
If you don't get it on the first attempt at the airport, do not worry. It is better to change sessions and keep calling Dax until getting Liquid Assets again. It is important to succeed on the first try when reaching the parking lanes spawn point, as it won't presumably spawn by just turning around & driving back to the spot unlike most of the other vehicles with fixed spawn points. It might appear on the lower level right under the upper spawning spot instead as well, so jump off to check it out. Make sure to keep driving at medium speed to ensure the game has enough time and room for it to spawn.

I didn't find the black car in that location. Once the mission failed I can't store the blue car in my garage or get into LS or my autoshop.
You can’t store the blue one mate, try and do the mission again and hopefully the black one will spawn
August 2024 still works. You have to wait 25 min from the time you start the mission.

You can try taking the blue one to the golf cub it can sometimes spawn there if you have a tailgater
