I wanted it to rain so badly for this wild camp with my old mate and I got it too. We had a late night and just before we decided to call it a night, the heavens opened up and didn't stop until we were nearly out of the woods some 8-9 hours later. The main Operation Jackdaw woodland camp even was cancelled but the organiser Paul Shilling said we could hammock camp in their new 12 acre woodland they have making this another permission area to camp on. I was wildcamping with friends again on this trip to the woods back in April '24. It was quite a giggle which is why there wasn't much filming done. The fellas who came along were: @descattysBushcraftbydescattys @ChrisWoutdoors and on Instagram only: #treeclimbercartel Use that hashtag to find him. Good food, good chat and good company.
