Hi, I'm Tasha - thank you for being here! 🫶🏻
This channel is dedicated to help people work through and heal their depression, inner child wounds and traumas using the tools of yoga. All in the safety and comfort of their own home!
Here you will find slow paced yoga flows, gentle breathing sessions and minimalistic meditations designed for every body and every level - you don't need expensive equipment or fancy outfits or to master the handstand. No matter what you feel like today, bring it to the mat - all is welcome, nothing to hide!
