@@AmirAbdullah yeah it’s honestly crazy how this is all that’s needed. Especially if you are using a quality ceramic coating. I’ve had customers new customers say they needed a new coating. I told them let’s try this decon wash first and see if it’s a real reputable ceramic coating. Sometimes it works and they are astonished!!! Other times the whole car is dead’s

Thank you Mike G 💪. Yeah I remember watching those videos. I wasn't into detailing yet at the time. But when I was looking at old videos I remember seeing stuff like that from Jescar, Collinite etc 💪

It is recommended. Because waterspots the scarring itself is actually minerals. You want to remove those minerals before polishing those spots away. If not you'll just dig the minerals deeper into the clear and they will resurface. I did this rookie mistake on a black Nissan Maxima. The owner had it parked inside his garage for 2 weeks straight after I coated it. He comes back and it was heavily water spotted again. The way it came in it was a black color maxima as well. I had to redo the entire job of course for free. That's when I learnt my lesson of using some type of water spot remover/mineral remover before compounding or polishing 💪💪. Hope this helps

@@JRMSS4 to be honest there is no big difference in terms of using the jeweling pad with any polisher. Just use the finishing polish or polish of your choice 💪. I’m not here to sell anyone anything. Now if you’re looking to get a polisher and don’t have one. If I’d had to choose rupes vs DIY I’ll go with the DIY over Rupes as it stalls less. It’s cheaper and it’s a 25mm throw. Hope this helps

Roar coatings is a great coating thus far it's holding up very well. I haven't used roar recently within over year. But overall based on this coating and when I used it. It's been holding up extremely well!!!

Yes that's what I heard as well. Just at the time I've never tried it. If I don't try it out myself I don't want to claim something and then doesn't work 💪💪💪. As for gyeon waterspot remover I never enjoyed it really. Just felt like spotless from Carpro. Favorite waterspot removers to date. Is undrdog, diy, Labo energo and for water spot etchings to be removed but need to be safe at 1:2 dilution is Jimbo pure magic cleaner. 💪

Labo energo is very good and powerful as well. I just didn't step up to it as it wasn't needed. I use it maximum in a 1:3 dilution ratio but have to be very careful with rubber and trim which it may stain. I recommend you use it at 1:5 what they recommend. But I've notice 1:3 it actually removes some waterspot stains depending how deep they are

Definitely my brother it's been crazy good on 2 neglected vehicles. Not necessarily neglected but never having a decontamination wash done and it's performing amazing like that 💪💪

Reason why i used it was because QB is slicker than Ceramic Gloss and makes the clay towel glide a lot better plus it likes to be water activated as I feel I may be diluting a bit of the ceramic gloss vs quick beads. 💪

@@DetailingMadeSimpleThat’s funny because while you worry about “over diluting” the Ceramic Gloss with the water/rinseless left over from the contact wash, I worry about whether there’s a “sufficient” amount of water/rinseless on the surface to activate the Quick Beads. If rinseless wash was left on the surface post contact wash, would you still clay with Quick Beads or would you use Ceramic Gloss due to the increased lubrication of the rinseless?

You can try a 3inch DA with microfiber patience and time is key. It'll prob take an hour to do max if you're saying your whole headliner

😅😅. Great to hear. No selling just real world application and testing. Just a head us blindo is not the easiest coating to apply but the results are amazing. You do have to change towels frequently and applicators because after 4 panels the resin starts to harden and highspots are a pain. 💪💪

Exactly as you said depends on the paint situation. The gold standard won't cut as a true compound so say if you have hard clear the gold standard won't be the best. But if it's medium or soft paint the wool pad and gold standard combo will cut amazing then swap to the yellow pad as a finishing step. Or just do a one step I know it's confusing but I have a video on choosing the right polishing pad. Watch that video the gold standard polish is just like the polished I used in the video. 💪💪💪
