Our mission is to provide comprehensive and compassionate HungerCare whenever and wherever it is needed to safeguard the health, well-being and productivity of food-insecure Kansas families and their children, as well as senior citizens, the homeless and the chronically ill and impoverished among us.

This year marks the 18th year we have been honored to receive turkeys from our partners at Cargill! This year, and joined by many of our local partner agencies who will help distribute the donated turkeys, Cargill presented the Kansas Food Bank with 40,000 pounds of Honeysuckle White turkey this holiday season to help put meals on the tables of food insecure Kansans.
In addition to the turkey donation, the Cargill CARES committee announced a $150,000 gift to help purchase protein items and support our partners through grant opportunities.
