Babybel cheese is high in saturated fat, which can increase the risk of coronary heart disease. However, Babybel also contains protein and calcium, and the wax coating is safe to eat. Saturated fat Babybel cheese contains a high amount of saturated fat, which can raise LDL cholesterol. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends limiting saturated fat to 10% of your daily calories. Other considerations Babybel cheese may contain ingredients from animals that were treated with antibiotics. Babybel cheese may contain canola oil, which can contribute to unhealthy trans fats. Processed cheeses like Babybel may contain more additives and sodium than regular cheese. Babybel cheese is made from pasteurized cow's milk, so it's safe for pregnant women to eat.

Ive got Crohns disease and being told fibre gas to be cut out my diet, im so confused on what foods is best for my gut and my health. I was sent to a dietician after my first resection at Hull Royal Infirmary and she told me my diet was good nothing wrong with it until my recent admission where a dr told me it was my own fault im ill because of eating vegetables? Nobody explains anything anymore im lost.

Due to having a family, and now I’m a stay at home mom, I intermittently fast until dinner and eat a normal meal, with complex carbs and fiber and walk for an hour for exercise, and I want to see if doing that, will I still lose weight. Because when I was younger I did weight training and we were told eat small amounts of carbs/fibrous carbs, to stabilize your insulin, and keep you feeling fuller for longer and so insulin won’t rise a lot, but A LITTLE. Wish me luck, because I’m sure complex carbohydrates can’t be all that bad, but more the simple carbs/ simple sugars are the real problem of insulin resistance. I could be wrong.

Not to mention, that up to 40% of the weight lost is bone and muscle. When you come off the drug, you gain back weight, but mostly fat because the bone and muscle don't grow back very quickly, especially in older people. You end up being the same weight as you were before, but with less bone and muscle to support it. What a disaster. It just goes to show that taking a drug to loose weight is the wrong philosophy.

i think carnivore has something to offer unfortunately i didn't make it, but i did it for 14months i picked up 15lbs i did really well at first, good sleep, something in my brain was so sound and solid feeling like someone turned off the noise, my bones stopped being rickety but then something happened i can't remember the time frame but the anxiety, sleeplessness, depression creeped back in, muscle spasms, no more sound mind.... i just couldn't keep it up and i was down to salt beef and water seemed the stricter i got the worse i got, did not do cheese and butter i did do chicken and bacon at first but found i wasn't really digging that, like i didn't feel good when i ate it. not sure where i went wrong but the heart palpitations sent me back to eating 4 cups of low oxalate veggies a day and heavy protein hope to get the weight off, before i started carnivore i was heavy veggies with small portions of lean meat and sometimes no meat for long periods doing all those great cleanses that ticks me off how i bit into that crap, i did loose over a 100lbs doing that started that 15 years ago but my health was still not great after the weight loss, thyroid issues, interstitial cystitis, hormone issues joint pain, hair thinning the list goes on that is what sent me to carnivore in the first place auto immune issues. i want to try it again but i am afraid of it, I can't seem to get it right or something especially the 15 lbs that i gained. on my small 5'3 frame, no good. i weigh 168 now i was a little overweight before but now i am pushed into a new category of overweight. oh yes and my cholesterol was through the roof, LDL 357, HDL 72, Triglycerides 52... the doctors were really pushing meds on me i didn't take them they were on me about my eating change. ok enough ranting maybe someone could weigh in but i have researched and researched the only thing i came up with was oxalate dumping but i just couldn't manage it without adding the low oxalate vegetables. that seemed to fix some of the problems but i am not back to where i was when i first started carnivore that felt good, that was short lived. disappointed. glad to see others doing well.

Fiber is only useful if you have no intention of giving up carbohydrates because at least if you eat some fiber first you blunt the insulin/glucose spike. If you are eating protein and healthy fats and as close to zero carbs as possible then fiber is not essential just like dietary carbohydrates are not essential, the body makes all the glucose it needs from gluconegenesis.

Ten kilos down hunger down mood swings down fatigue gone . Ate beef chicken fish fats blue and cheddar cheese berries salads eggs bone broth and intermittent fasted except the week right before my period and ate keto ice cream for desert when i craved it and decaf coffee with stevia . First two weeks felt like crap . But my body adjusted. I eat two meals a day and the coffee is with my first meal. If i wanna snack i eat three spoons of feta or an egg or a can of tuna or can of sardines. Another snack : yogurt with stevia vanilla extract and strawberry and blue berry and some chia seeds. Very filling. Very protien . I also eat tofu sometimes with veggies stir fried . 6' tall late thirties female not very active weighed 100 kgs , now weigh 90 and stayed at 90 for three months without struggling. Working tiwards loosing another 10. I lost no muscle mass at all in the process. Insulin resistance caused me constant fatigue and brain fog and fibromyalgia it was horrible.

I haven’t had any of these symptoms on semaglutide and most people do not if one actually looks at the statistics. The dishonesty here of trying to make all these side effects and especially the extreme ones seem the norm is absolutely disgusting and intellectually dishonest. No scientist trusts short term studies - nothing profound in that. Is it because of BYU culture? Blocking this channel.

The fatty liver needs to be addressed first. Keto or carnivore won't work with a fatty liver. Even a low insulin diet can get over that hurdle.
