    I couldn't concentrate on the video because I was too busy trying to work out where I recognised Steve from. It was BUGGING me but I got there in the end 😂

    Its actually sugar contained within foods, mainly processed foods and carbs (esp. refined carbs) which turn into sugar. The fructose (90%) when separated from the fruit ie no fibre will go straight into your visceral fat. The problem is that modern fruit contains much more sugar than in the past, so you have to be careful.

    The fibre first? Do you mean in the morning or before every meal and how long before eating meals is fibre taking?
