Harribel even explains in an omake bit that she has to not wear clothes with her released form because all the water will soak the fabric; it's a silly reason, but you really can't argue with that logic. Also, yeah, Mila Rose's exposed skin isn't necessarily sexualization, it just contrasts her with the tomboyish Apacci and the taciturn Sun-Sun: Franceska's open, proud, and intimidating. As she says in her Brave Souls quote, "There are things I refuse to compromise on!"

Jackie, chad, pepe, yoruichi, mili rose, oetsu, yushiro don't turn into monsters Zomari and Tousen do turn into monsters. Given that a large portion of the cast of bleach are literally comprised of people whos entire gimmick is turning into monsters i'd say that's a pretty normal proportion?

@@bobowon5450 Mila Rose, funnily enough, is the member of the Tres Bestias whose released form is NOT animalistic--her lion traits simply manifest in claw-shaped clothes and a mane-like crown (Apacci becomes a deer-girl and Sun-Sun a naga). The same goes for Harribel, who actually LOSES her monstrous appearance and becomes almost angelic. Tosen's transformation into the giant cricket is meant to be a sign of how much of his humanity was lost. And Lille Barro is an angel--and unlike the aforementioned Harribel, it's not into a majestic, winged, beautiful creature, but the kind of angel that would have to say "BE NOT AFRAID!" upon appearing.

@seretseandrews5980 well the problem is japan is a MAJOR consumer of blk culture content, music, fashion, our culture mannerisms. @DSOProd but all that is what they see on the internet doesn't mean they have to include us in there storys i watching anime since i was a kid when it was not popular and looked down on for watchin anime. The west has taking interest in it now and all the same same things you mentioned the has done the same did Japanese people ask for representation in their media no all they ask is that we respect there culture and history they don't really write black people because all their info comes from the internet Japan is 98% Japanese people if they do have black characters they are characteristics and features are black but still they are still Japanese because that's the culture they know.
