    Very true, it is the interview who must keep the candidate at ease and find out the cause for any difficulty as the candidate may be good and the company needs good employees these days

    Good morning. It is an interviewer's right to direct the course of the interview, not vice versa. Good interviewing skills required that we know how to do so and not allow the interviewee to keep talking about what they want. Control is important.
