    Or You've seen that even after hundreds of follow-ups, the tasks are still not aligned with the goal of the organization.

    This is why a human resource strategy isn't the same as a human resource plan. An HR strategy is actually a plan backed up by human resource insights.

    1. Align your HR strategy with the goals and purpose of the organization
    2. Back up HR plans with insights from experts
    3. Create a strategy through collective brainstorming by different experts
    4. Communicate the HR strategy to all departments
    5. Review and change the strategy periodically as required
    Many organizations just list initiatives, define actions and timelines, identify employees for tasks, and call it an HR strategy. You might achieve tasks this way, but they might not align with your organization's main purpose.
