Currently, I'm fighting Grave's Disease, the inflammation damaged my heart, and if course low blood pressure. The Dr don't explain anything, so I learning to do your research and do what's makes you feel better. Please, do some QiGong on women's health specifically. I've learned that it's all connected. The expanse of water and sky in the background scenery adds to a relaxing sense of spaciousness and naturalness and resonates with the water theme you mention and that you express in your mindful, embodied flow. The healing benefits of these practices illustrate the perennial wisdom to which the Daodejing/Tao Teh Ching gives witness in as the following: "The highest form of goodness is like water. Water knows how to benefit all things without striving with them." (verse 8) "The highest form of goodness is like water. Water knows how to benefit all things without striving with them." (verse 43) "Nothing in the world is softer and weaker than water; But, for attacking the hard and strong, there is nothing like it! For nothing can take its place. That the weak overcomes the strong, and the soft overcomes the hard, This is something known by all, but practiced by none." (verse 78) (English translations by Professor John C. H. Wu)
