In the hospital we’re not just clicking buttons - we are constantly contacting the pts dr and dc planners and payer contact for denied cases - and that is with working remotely

After 16 years on direct patient care OR/PACU/PRE OP/WARD/ICU and Outpatient clinic Patient I am now switching to Case Manager looking forward to get my certification CCM, I am not going to lie it kinda bothers me seeing nurses that barely worked in hospital settings with direct patient care switching to an administrative position without getting the amount of experience that these positions requires. I don't know that just my opinion. I was distracted by your dog poor thing has some serious allergies lol.

Hi! Mom of three here. If you have any specific questions/concerns I’d be happy to share my experiences. The most important thing is to know that you are doing a great job. You obviously love him and you’re doing your best. There’s no such thing as a perfect parent and I think that is why every baby comes with the worry of “I’m not doing good enough”. A bad parent wouldn’t be asking how to do better.

You nailed it when you said that in nursing school they make it seem that doctors are so much above us that you…stay out of their way. It’s been the opposite I believe it’s how you present yourself and currently as a Mother Baby Nurse I’ve had nothing but good experiences with doctors, hospitalists and pediatricians. My daughter was born with jet black hair, but both of us are blonde hair, blue eyes and green eyes in about three months old she lost all her hair and it grew back almost platinum blonde, so just give it a little bit of time the cuteness level will start ramping up❤
