An attempt on the way to beating Hiruma Kai's challenge of beating a double Ordo under AI control for less than 75 DP. The wiki doesn't have it listed as even being affected by Expanded Magazines (Despite it clearly increasing the charges) from 40>60, and there were also forum reports that it was bugged and not affected the charge regen rate.

@@momom6197 The drone ships are no longer in stock, while things like Medusa and Tempest and Paragon that feast on electronic tears - are. So it's my headcanon that AI ships are simply being outmoded and outcompeted by better designs :)
ok im gonna infodump here so bear with me In lore, most of the designs we see in the sector are pre-collapse. Even cutting edge designs like the Paragon and Astral - which according to their descriptions are "The pinnacle of the Domain's battleship designs" and "perhaps the most technologically advanced capital ship that can be seen in the Sector today", respectively - still mention having been part of the Domain fleet. Even some phase ships like the Doom are pre-collapse; Domain Navy reports on the Doom are mentioned in its description. Hell, even the REDACTED fleets are (conspiracy) theorised to have been secretly developed by TT pre-collapse - but with those, the first sightings of them were 84 years post-collapse, meaning for all we know they could be either pre or post (on a related sidenote, if the AI fleets _are_ pre-collapse, this might support the theory that TT had some part in the gates failing.) That being said, there ARE some ships that are explicitly novel designs, mainly phase ships, most notably the REDACTED. Ships like the Revenant and Phantom were popularised during the second AI war, with the Revenant being secretly developed during the first AI war and found nearly a hundred cycles later. The Harbinger's description also supports the theory that a lot of the phase warships seen ingame were developed by TT in secret, probably during the first AI war. Also the Sindrian fleet is new(ish) - especially the Executor, but these don't count since they're just ordinary ships with a few different mounts and a paintjob :p
