no mention of brandon olander here, i actually had no idea he was in this show. outstanding show though, while i don't think it deserved that high of a score i loved the show itself!

I'm not saying it is not a great show. It definitely deserved to win. But 10 years later, the only 2014 show people reference is Tilt. Last week, I was supervising the loading of the truck for my son's high school marching band and when they were trying to get a prop into the truck a kid said tilt it. Then another kid said, "This is not 2014 Bluecoats". Some shows are just more memorable than others and this is not one of them.

It's a real shame that The Cadets went from this to being completely folded and no longer in DCI. They truly left a legacy in DCI that many Corps may not live up to.

I really enjoyed the visuals in this performance and on top of that the music was awesome. I loved how they used hymns to match the theme. In the 90s I wanted to try out for a DCI Corp playing tuba. Wished I could have made that happen, but life happens. Instead I support DCI by watching in person when I can and watching these videos. Plus by supporting my son and his marching band.

The uniforms drive me nuts. Can’t stand them. This show is amazing until you look at them.

A very, very technical show. Unbelievably difficult music to play and they nailed it. Not the most “entertaining” show but to be able to play this flawlessly while marching this good and the color guard was unreal. I understand why many don’t like the show because “entertainment” is in the eye of the beholder but technically near flawless. Can you find a mistake? That’s why this show is known as the greatest. Not my fave show, by far, but I have to respect it.

They won with that OPENER! Best I’ve seen. The show does reach its peak early on though. After that beautiful ballad the show gets boring. TILT never loses steam from start to finish yet, they finished 2nd. 2014 was INCREDIBLE!

My band teacher showed us this my freshman year. It completely changed how I saw marching. Absolutely incredible show.

No words. Just shock and awe at its beauty and brilliance. The essence of what great drumcorps art is. Thanks, BD 2014. I remain speechless after every viewing. And shake my head in disbelief. But that's what all great drumcorps shows/performances do to me. The way each member gives their all here is successfully caught on camera.

What a great ensemble of fantastic performers. Cool drill mostly. But WHAT is that narration? Cringe. And the last two minutes devolves into the second worst DCI show Ive ever seen. Just awful. "Yes we can" Obama getting the final word over JFK. Then the corps says it!! Did this beat Crown at finals? I can't imagine that. This is a really bad creation. It would have been fine without the horrendous narration.

Yea the execution is perfect, but I hate how this show won because it didn’t have the impact. If you watch the bluecoats show that got second, the entire crowd is SCREAMING for the last minute of the show. This show: nothing. Lol

When I really look back at this show, it reminds me a lot of their 2022 and 23 shows. Like the style of it, i guess. Mainly part 1

10 YEARS?!?!?!?????

RIP Cadets. You guys changed the game. From West Side Story and We Are the Future to The Zone, to Between Angels and Demons. They should be talked about in the same vein as Star of Indiana and the Blue Devils for their innovation and power.
