I want to extend my gratitude to the Dallas Chapter and Leighton for sharing this incredible video. It was such a pleasure to come across this as I’m currently preparing an important presentation on the use of AI in service design. This video is by far the best I’ve seen on the topic and has sparked new ideas on how to showcase AI as a tool to enhance our creative potential. Thank you for the valuable insights!

Interestingly in German Facilitation means several different Words.

Thanks for sharing such valuable knowledge! I really appreciate the time both the Service Design Network Dallas Chapter and the speakers have devoted to share their knowledge. Those involved in Service Design will definitely benefit from your experience. I think, for further conferences, however, it would be more appropriate to send the big questions in advance to the speakers so that they can prepare well enough. For example, the question about making services ethical clearly killed the speakers. Bearing in mind that the whole idea is to share the experts’´ viewpoints, I think nobody will complain against my suggestion. Of course, I am not saying you should share all of your questions with them -surprise is still needed, but the big ones (the questions you show on the screen). Thank you Birgit, Jamin, Gabriela and Greg.

Thank you for your comment Tutelas. There is definitely a hit/miss ratio when doing these kinds of spontaneous, ad-lib discussions. I want to assure you though that the questions on the slides are all shared with participants in advance of the meeting. Sometimes, regardless of a lifetime of experience and preparation, in the heat of the moment, we find ourselves at a loss for words. But that's one of the joys of live, unscripted moments like this. Maybe that question is too deep for a quick retort. Maybe that question needs its own hour, or an entire conference. Not everyone will get everything everytime. And that's okay.

Disappointing that such an inspiring and engaging session has so little visibility on RUclips. The stuff discussed here, especially the QnA is pure gold for anyone wanting to learn more about Service Design. and trying to implement it in their organization. Brilliant stuff indeed. I was preparing notes based on this session and I ended up writing 8 pages of important stuff related to service design. I hope I can translate what I learned into real practice.
