You mean on the right, in between the split names and the timer? Looks like it's doing the exact same thing as the time difference for each split, so it's just showing how much further ahead I was of my best run. Bit pointless really! It took me way too long to optimise my livesplit 😅

Annoying thing is I noticed this when playing NG+ for the first time in multiplayer but forgot when it came to routing this run 😭

You can thank Zylo for the strat! Tier 1, 2 and 3 clubs all do the same damage when you throw them, so you're technically doing tier 3 damage when you throw a spiky sprig which is only tier 1. Throwing mint mace won't do any more base damage, if the bug is weak to fresh I think it should do more damage though. Thanks!

Hmmm that shouldn't be happening! Blocking/parrying with a shield and parrying with a weapon should block all poison damage. Are you sure you're not taking a tiny bit of damage when you get poisoned? Maybe your armour is so good the attack doesn't do much damage. If you could show me a clip it would be easier to help. Maybe post in the discord too for help

Yeah throwing a weapon does more damage per hit so if you get good at it it kills stuff way faster. For something you can swing fast like a dagger it's probably better to attack like normal though. The clubs are weird because each tier of club has the same thrown damage, so when you throw a spiky sprig it's like doing the damage of a thrown broodmother club for example. Kinda crazy and thankfully has never been changed!

Damn you're right, I really should have died there! Or been left 1hp at the very least. Checked frame by frame and the ox's health doesn't change before and after the larva attacks so the ox didn't tank it for me. Haven't played for a while but I seem to remember you get some i-frames when your character starts standing up from being staggered? That's the only explanation I think can think of other than it just missed for some reason, or a tiny bit of terrain blocked the attack.

The game used to let you pause during the starting animation which meant you could then give up to skip it, so just saved a bit of IRL time. Now you have to sit through the animation unfortunately :(

@@ZerosterBuilds Yeah that's fair enough! I've left a cheeky comment on their/my video but other than that and their twitch chat I don't know how else to contact them. There are twitter and twitch handles in their RUclips banner and the twitch is correct but I'm not sure about the twitter because the tweet there links to a different RUclips channel. I don't wanna jump straight into copyright striking them but they've stolen a few of your videos now so if you click the report button on a video there should be a link to instructions on how to submit a copyright strike if you wanted to do that

@@HolyCodzta I was looking for how to contact them as well mostly so that I could talk it out a little. that copywrite form does include full legal name and address, so Id like to avoid it if possible, but if it does go that route, I will most likely strike the 3 videos at once.
