How to make opponents return with short balls😅?
Very good explanation overall, for me especially the reason for contact point being more in front with strong position for hitting arm cleared up questions I had.
very good video man. exactly what i needed
Glad to hear!
yes, got lessons at 12 today, yes studying pre lesson so I can smash it
Let’s go!!!
"Of the boOoOOooooOOhdy"
0:50 see right there: you 'opened' the face. This is unnecessary and actually complicates the shot - a little bit of unwelcome pronation/supination (where the pronation also becomes a default defensive reaction = not good). Just do a Dimitrov or Lajovic: keep the face angle neutral. One or two players will actually slightly close the face - eg Lajovic sometimes.
Hey Uros, your explanation of one-handed backhand using the net I find great. Myself, I used this method to teach my daughter double-handed BH as she some years ago still was at the one-handed. We succeeded. So thanks for the good idea!
We still keep arguing with my husband if it is ok to hit the net player from the weak second serve. He says you are mean to do it and it's not worth a point you can hit a person.
Great arguing point. You are not trying to hit and hurt the person at the net, that would never be an advice to give … by aiming down the line on the return of a second serve and tactically surprising the player at the net, you are definitely exercising one of the, if not the best option - especially if it’s a backhand volley they are going to have to play. Of course this is assuming you are playing against players at your own level - in which case they would be ready to react and play your ball even if it’s flying towards their body. Hope this helps!
Thank you for practical non gimmicky lessons that will actually help players be better if followed
Thank you for seeing the value in the video :) All the best, Uros
Split step. Great. Perfect. Hands up. Hands up. Hands up. Elbows away from your body.
You got it!! :)
Excellent coaching touched salient points sir❤
Thank you!!
I !!!LOVE!!!YOU!!!!
Hahaha love you too my friend ;)
The music is so loud bro you need a mic.
I put this video without no hope... But this guy explained very well the technique of one handed backhand in order to not have an injury... Really a top video, many thanks, you have another suscriber i will see all videos of your channel!!
Thank you!! Very nice comment - I appreciate your kind words. Will work on more videos in the future.
The thing I found most interesting was what he was saying about the grip changes at the end of the video. Was he implying that he teaches pro's to volley with multiple grips. Has anyone heard him talk about this anywhere else?
Yes absolutely - grip variations for different heights of contact points and also dependent on level of play
nice, but you should add a warning in the title for that music though
Ideal contact point is closer to the top end of the racket just below center line, not the middle.
The best !
Thanks !!
Tennis is a sport of a lifetime. This video will help keep the interest in a great sport of a lifetime.
Thank you for your incredibly nice message! Enjoy :)
Fine backhand 👍
..sorry ,but where is the big serve ?
There are two types of tennis players l. Those who use a one handed backhand, and those who wish they used a one handed backhand.
lol - doesn't that sum it all up:)
Great video, I need to show my grandkids.
Please do!! Thanks
This is awesome! With your help, she'll be a pro 😁
Thank you!! 💯 😊
Great lesson Uros🙌🏼
Thank you! 😃
Excellent video, keep up the good work!
Thank you!!
Hi, great development. What grip is she using on the forehand?
Thank you! Generally semi western but sometimes it slides around. 💪🙃
🙌🙌🙌
😃🙏
🎉
That tip at 4:25 for shoulder turn as soon as the ball comes is GOLD. That's 70% or so of the prep :)
🎾😇🌴💃💃👍🕺
🇷🇺🕺👍💃🌴😇🎾
Great video
Excellent vedio quite practical
Thank you!
That's an excellent point ,...!! Thank you..!!
You are very welcome!
Amazing content, thank you so much! Exactly what I was looking for. On another note: Very fashionable outfit! Great simple and clean color combination!
Thank you kindly:)) Uros
thanks for the lesson, but I'm not sure any club level players are able to do the L-to-H body turn sequence. This is very high level stuff, that we could only dream of. 😁
It's a great lesson for recreational players. The girl is a coach and she acts like she never heard these drills lol come on
Funny enough how coaches also need coaches to improve! Thanks for pitching in.
Nice video Coach. My only advice is to use a feeder to feed you balls as you demonstrate the hitting sequencing.
Thank you, outstanding
You are very welcome!! Thank you :) Uros
Great video! Hope you can post one for forehand too!
Be sure to check out my other videos, lots on the forehand and other topics. Thank you! 😃
Thank you both🎉
😃👊 you are very welcome!
Que pedazo de derecha
Amazing lesson. Congrats on this as well as your new venture on the east side of Canada, you will be missed!
Thank you kindly :)) all the best, Uros

Excellent coaching

Thanks Pierre, absolutely stay tuned 😎🙏
