Great list. I would disagree with mass cure wounds though. I use it with Shart with thst equipment that also grants bladeward to anything she heals which makes her a healing machine (worst than water myrm, but still).

Tavern brawler feat stacks with most of the wildshape, so they do more damage and have better attack. Selecting a feat that increase ability like Dex will also stack with with wildshape. 1 dex increase will increase ac of several shape. There's no point of going lv.12 in Druid. I usually dip a level in monk for extra AC when shifting. WIS doesn't change when you shapeshift.

So just did this today. He will move on the first turn but if you still shouldn't hit you. I was doing it on tactician mode so he saved and it didn't do full damage. So having a wizard with port die helped as well. Thanks for the vid!

Act 3 orin weapon you say "This is best for main hand only" and the next weapon seems "main hand only also" so I do not know really what weapon is better to use or which is better off hand unless I misheard..?

I can confirm this does still work. Just got the achievement for doing it after watching. Gotta make sure your on the highest platform.

If you want to play as the narrator of the story, no finer choice. Lore bards can break the game by themselves, lock maps down.

Im playing my Evil run as Rasputin, a Half-Woodelf Open Hand Monk with this exact Build. Constantly on Drugs to acchieve inhuman feats historically fits "Rasputin, the Mad Monk" pretty well😂

Honestly, the level 6 spells never seemed good enough to justify not multi-classing a bit more (except cleric, because heroes feast is very good and they're already self sufficient with just one class). Like yeah some of those spells are okay, but wouldn't I rather stick with only level 5 spells, and dip 2 levels into fighter to get an action surge each fight (plus all armor proficiency)?

Do what makes you feel good. If you like playing COD and you play it to an extent, where you can use it to create content, feel free to do so. You shouldnt push yourself into a direction where you feel forced to do sth. If its fun for you to create content, do it. If not, just have fun :)

Im playing dual weilding crit version of this now. Its insanely good and has tons of options and situational skills. It's not as powerful as a sorcadin.. but it's really fun and satisfying to play. I also recommend the baahlist armor for this. Helldusk is good, but the baahlist armor is just sick.

This with a durge Duergar is great. Always initiating combat from invisibility, going invisible on a kill per round, and able to go invisible once per battle as a duergar

Just curious why no 2weapon fighting for the crit fishing duel wielder? I’m building Minthara as a Bardadin and took that as my first perk. The rest is pretty much your build. But I’m not sure if it’s good yet. Not taken her out.

I would get rid of the level system in Dungeons and Dragons. I mean it makes sense to have in terms of table top gameplay. But in terms of playing a computer, it doesn't. Sorcerers gain spells due to their connection to some sort of magical contamination whether it is their own blood or something else. Guess what? Everyone else gain spells, minus the opportunity a wizard has at picking up a random spell. Here is what I suggest, the mechanics of how spells are utilized, how magic is recovered and can be harmed differs base on your class. I would also add in what I call alterations. You have a spell and then you can alternate it into types or subtypes based on your intelligence score. As you can see Wizards benefit hugely from this. But in return for that, they can only gain their initial spells (before generating types and subtypes) from books. In fact, this is what differentiates the magic classes the most. Sorcerer gains spells from experience, using a specific elemental type of spells, grants access to bigger spells of that elemental type and likewise is true from receiving damage from them. Warlock gains spells from contract completions or by level of control they have with their pact otherworldly benefactor. Clerics and Druids gain spells from their devotion and subtype qualities that ascertain their deity or duty of interest. Performing rituals and other religious duties enhance your qualities in this regard. Artificers are inventors which are similar to wizards, but instead of relying on theory with the prospect of enhancement that may also derive from theory, artificers use a more applied approach and are required to develop an inspiration of learning which occurs by expending an inspiration earned on the character to a field of interest of your own choosing. Those fields of interest however derive from what you have learned, so instead of learning spells and alterations of spells as a wizard would, they acquire fields of interest and can deviate as well as fuse fields of interest as they are deemed applicable, but this does require as trial and error which can make this class both fun and frustrating, like real inventing. Wizards gain spells solely from books, from knowledge in the form of intelligence checks. Sorcerers gain spells solely from exposure, from experience in the form of wisdom checks. Albeit your damage is still tied to charisma. Warlocks gain spells solely from quests or from charisma checks (representing control) when dealing with their benefactor or a representative of their benefactor. Clerics and Druids gain spells solely from performing rites, rituals and completely quests with a wisdom check utilized to determine you extent of growth. Artificers acquire fields of interest and from those fields of interest by expending inspiration can acquire spells. Next you have Rangers, Paladins, Eldritch Knights, Arcane Tricksters, Bards and Wild Heart Barbarians. They would be some minor form of those mentioned above, but have their own unique flavor to make it beneficial to themselves even while it isn't as much of a boon as the classes above may provide. Rangers similar to Druids but in regards to animal pacts. Paladins similar to Clerics but in regards to oaths rather than deities. Eldritch Knights similar Sorcerers but alternate between using weapons and using spells, thereby using both to enhance the other. Arcane Tricksters similar to Wizards but relying more on information hidden between the lines, hidden information more so than apparent. Bards being similar to Artificers. Wild Heart Barbarians being similar to Warlocks but with charisma applied to one's passions rather than a pact with a fiend or tentacle monster. Monks don't use magic, they use ki, but it can be similar in effect. Monks are sort of a blend of the others but don't use spells and each can positively impact the other allowing monks to diverge into subclasses based on personal preferences in which one type of augmentation feels more natural and rewarding than the others.

As a Wizard, you can’t cast Summon Woodland Being, so not sure why you’re saying take that over Black Tentacles.

I took the tavern brawler route, so my flurry of blows does 23-30 something damage. I essentially walk up to a boss and end the fight first turn. My current stats still missing some key items mind you I’m only lvl7 STG: 20 DEX: 18 Wis: 17 or 18 can’t remember 8-10 for the rest of the stats. I hit really hard and have 19 ac.

There is also an Item, an Amulet, in Act 3 which boosts your Wisdom by 1 when equipped, helps if you didn't use the Hags hair

How to be proficient in medium armor?

Why not start the game with one level of Rogue before all your monk levels ? Rogues at startup get 4 skills plus two extra proficiencies. A monk just gets two.

I just built my trickery domain cleric 5/druid 3/sorcerer 4 lolth cleric that can transform into a giant spider. My dream tabletop unit was recreated on this game and I couldn't be happier. This game is beyond amazing.

I've been loving phantasmal killer for honor, you're able to cast it and then cast sanctuary on yourself to still deal damage. Plus, with the resonating orb from the mind flayer colony, they have disadvantage on the save and take double psychic damage.

the best way to play the game is how you want to. not just the dark urge.
