Taking Worlds Highest 40 Hours Train to Lhasa, Tibet
One of the biggest cons of living in China is that some minority of people actually ride bicycles on pavements. I’m more forgiving towards couriers who are often from less privileged backgrounds and rely on speed for livelihood, but not for others.
@spehropefhany Shenzhen has gotten really bad with all the electric scooters on the sidewalks. You'd think more people get bowled over, but they drive fairly well. Still a fantastic city!
Met any hot asian guy?
how did you find a job there? 🥺
Nice sharing.
I'm living in Manila, Philippines, and in here everyone spitting as fxxx, more than you could think, it's like a filipino culture. 😙💦💦
Amazing chest assets. 🎉❤
Being rude, some people, most of time, it is different customs ...
I am a Chinese. If you want to visit China, I can help you register and use Chinese apps, such as Alipay, WeChat, translation, and taxi.❤ And welcome to China.😊
I am chinese from china watching from Netherlands. Interesting~
I can't wait to visit Shanghai
I'm learning Mandarin and once I'm at a HSK 4 level, I plan on going and staying as long as humanly possible lol
well there are definitely more cons 😂 but as mentioned in my video I also need to be careful with what I say online
Those cons are so hilariously non-problems lol. I live in America, this place is almost all cons 😂
NB
you make right decision ,and you CAN travel a lot around China! welcome
There are also reasons why we yield to the older generation subconsciously. Because of their sacrifices, we have our present life. Moreover, in this population superpower, there is not too much space for you to maintain a distance especially in subways in the peak time. You need to follow the crowd, rather than standing still, otherwise someone will surely sneak into the line without you noticing. But will be getting better...good luck sweeties...😊😊😊
You really know how to enjoy life ( just do it while you are young) 🎉
Just came back from chengdu and ChongQing. China is much greater than Australia/NZ/HK/Singapore. Dont mind to retire there.
Why move to China, why not just move to Chinatown ? 😀
chinatown isn't china. Doesn't look like china, still has the cost of living, crime , lack of convenience and other issues.
This video give me even greater appreciation for ancient Chinese efforts trying to protect themself realizing "tourist spots" were cake walk by the terrain you guys were showing, still succumb to invasion from the north many times!
Where are you from?
Senior citizens in China have special treatment, one of them is not queueing, and you have to watch out, because if you queue too far from the person in front of you, or move a bit too further to the side, they are assuming you aren't part of the queue. That is just how it is, talking and not moving etc. they're going to assume you aren't part of the queue and you're taking up space and being a nuisance. A younger person might ask if you are part of the queue or not, an older person will just assume you're not and scoot past you.
I'm surprised people in Shanghai don't queue? Because in other places there's a lot of queuing. As for getting on and off the trains and buses, the Chinese way is faster if you can get with the flow. It's like a semi-que, you can recognize it if you get it, and it's a lot faster than wait for people to get off, and then queue to get on. I used to ask my cousin, she looked at me weird, and was like your way takes too long, and it's true, there are rules in the chaos. In the 90s and early 2000's there was actual chaos. Nowadays for trains and buses or places where there's lots of movement, there isn't a rigid queue, but there is a flowing queue.
Algorithm really wants me to move to china
2:04 she says a con is loud people but screams entering the restaurant 😂😂😂😂😂😂
But it’s great you are back in your roots and living your best life
china made me loud (and a bit deaf) too!!! i went back to the netherlands last month and some people asked me why i talk so loud hahaha
@@NayomiqueOfficialit's freedom or relax...
Thank you for the report
spitting makes me,as a local Chinese, so shamful!
Shanghai is so happening
You have to understand one important thing about China. There are currently two China's, old and new. As your friend has mentioned, the younger generation behaves differently than the older generation. If you go back just 30 years ago, China was poor, corrupt, dirty, no infrastructure, no conveniences, people behaved differently, etc. Many of the people 30 years ago are still alive today, so they're behavior hasn't changed much since then, they are still the same person they were 30 years ago, so spitting to them is perfectly normal, no queuing in lines is perfectly normal. The younger generation today has much better manners, and it will only get better as time goes on, mainly because China is getting richer, more civilized, etc. The older generation will eventually pass away and the younger generation today will take over, and it will be a whole new China.
social credit score is US propaganda.
Hope u do once again a trip to lhasa or any nature place and hangout with strangers....those videos of lhasa train journey was 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Omg I would’ve loved to!!!! That was one of the best experiences ever!
Born in chengdu now living in New Zealand ❤
Social credit score?
what about it?
I just moved to habgzhou
I was there yesterday!
hangzhou is a bit too crowded.
thanks for sharing, the place is just georgeous
4:17 That's the thing, there are good and bad sides to countries and politics will always bring out the ugly side of things. Remove that and you get to see the side that gets ignored. China is an impressive place.
thanks for sharing, I like your nails, great artwork
Haha thanks!!
I just came back from a trip in mainland China. The cutting in the line thing is much better, most people is lining up for everything comparing to 20 years ago. China has way more population than in the west, so waiting for everyone getting off bus or subway is actually not very efficient, anyway, I do see a lot of people lining up waiting for subway, that's a good sign... I have to admit people following the rules to line up are very inclusive, I haven't seen anyone to speak out to those cutting in the line, I am actually the ONLY one did that to ask them to line up properly :)
i think alot of the line cutters are older ppl from the countryside, they don't have to line up for anything where they come from and don't want to follow city people rules
china ain't that bad. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Persecution_of_Uyghurs_in_China

I think Shanghai also has a very high life cost value?
Yea but compared to western countries you can enjoy here a high quality lifestyle at an affordable price
