Doesnt seem a powerlevel of 10.000 - 12.000 for 16 year old Vegeta a bit much? When he reached earth in the Saiyan Saga he is at 18.000 which is only 50% more but hes an adult with much more fighting experience. Anyways. I would ve scaled down Vegetas starting strength by alot, just because he completely feels out of place in the beginning. But you did a great job to slowly adjust everything to it.
