So after further investigation and a few viewers getting in touch, it appears hooking the figures up is purely for show, to give the appearance of the guitars been hooked up to the amp, but I think my mistake with the speaker was that it’s designed to be used with a Walkman not a tape player, so there may be an update in the future 👍 And funny you mention the grim reaper figure , watch this space for more bill and Ted soon 👍 Always great to see you in the comments man 👍

Hey Nate, ok so since the video I can explain lol, so the figures been hooked up is purely to give the appearance they are hooked up to the amp (as guitars would be, kinda makes sense) But the set itself is designed to be used with a Walkman not a tape player (I thought it would still work) so there may well be an update video on this soon 👍

After further investigation and info from viewers, it appears the audio jacks into the figures could well be purely for show to give the appearance of been hooked up to the amp, and I think my mistake was thinking the tape deck would work when I think the set is designed to be used with a Walkman, so I may do an update in the future 👍
