Another Reynolds Reviews video smashes open some long forgotten memory on a Sunday for me. My late brother picked up that tarantula toy at a jumble sale one Christmas. We used it for our He-Man figures and got hours of playtime with it. And for years too. I even now remember this toy coming holidays with us. Amazing condition and I actually love the way the box looks. Think you done a great job piecing it back together.

What an incredible figure/steed duo! I love that sort of pearlescent paint deco on Skulk, and Trancula's furry legs are creepily realistic! I'm definitely being drawn to Sectaurs!

Lol hey Dave, you can come out from behind the sofa now 😂 Yeah the articulation is pretty much the same with Rambo and Sectaurs, Colecos style is there for all to see. But yes lol the price seemed too good to be true when I realised skulk was complete with Tarancula and box, albeit wrecked. I was confident I could work some VTR magic on it and make it displayable again, thankfully it all come together nicely at a bargain price, but if you think I did well on this purchase, wait until you see an episode coming in the next couple of weeks 👍

Great vid, Luke! As a kid, I remembered Sectaurs, and I mostly was familiar with the insect puppets and the Hive, but it's a really innovative toyline for the time! As I'm sure you know, I became reacquainted with this line after watching Michael's video on Retroblasting. The sculpt, the details, you just don't see this particular type of effort in everything. Partially I know, because as you said, spiders and creepy crawlies aren't everyone's cup of tea, but also, in today's mass produced and profit engineered atmosphere, these would get made as a crowd fund or a limited edition run. I look forward to the eventual complete overview. Have a happy weekend and cheers my friend!
