Good luck with your philosophy endeavors. One suggestion I have is that you also do some meditation practice and meditative yoga. One thing philosophy is weak in is the first person experiential point of view. Buddha said don't believe anything he said, but do the practice and determine for yourself, and the practice has survived thousands of years. From the western research side, it has been shown that long time meditators are on the upper 10% bell curve of those on the positive side of overall emotional state. They are the alien racers of well being.

Thank you for sharing this! I have been looking for a car racing game that lets you zoom out more so that you can see your car more fully vs being pretty close to the bumper. I love how on GTA 5 you can zoom out fully or zoom in close. This is perfect! Looking for other car racing games that allow you to more fully zoom out? Any recommendations would be awesome!

You can use anti dive to conserve tires. If the rear wears faster, you can move brake bias to 51%, which will make the car harder to turn in when braking. Counter that by setting anti dive to -50. Now the weight transfers to the front and the rear loosens up during braking. Anti dive and anti squat are super saiyan cheat modes. It's truly obscene the crazy things you can do with anti dive and anti squat, which don't exist in real life. Increasing anti squat will allow you to loosen up the rear when flooring the throttle at the apex or do the opposite to prevent the loosening up. Then you have to decide if you want to control oversteer/understeer with roll center height or anti roll/squat. Suspension Geometry in general is super cheat mode. Even anti roll bars only operate from -4ish to +4ish on the roll center height adjustments. Anything more is cheat mode. Once you understand how to exploit the OP suspension geometry parameters...

These tunes you tested by others are crazy. The anti roll bars and the roll center height offset by logic should do the same thing, but they are set opposing each other. I can't imagine how or why that would work. One thing I have done to simplify is to go min on both anti roll bars and then use the roll center height offset to control roll. It feels to my minimal testing that anti roll bars fall within the range of -4 to +4 of the roll center height offset and anything beyond that setting is beyond what anti roll bars in the game can do. Someone much more consistent than me needs to test individually the effect of anti roll bars and compare that to the effect of roll center height offset. There could be different mathematical equations, but I suppose only a hacker could definitively find out. (hint hint. This would be a great project that every nerd will thank you profusely for uncovering the dark mystery of roll center height offset.)

If it ain't tedious and painstaking, you ain't tunin', brother. The "optional" tire and camber section was my favorite part! If you have any room to spare on turn-in and if it doesn't destabilize curbing, you might try raising front rebound a tenth to gain some more high-speed, steady-state oversteer. Works sometimes without upsetting the tune if you just need a little. Thanks for the seriously great video. I'm 11 months late on the view but just getting back into the game after eons of not playing the series at all. Like you and so many others, I've been bumbling around with Forza tuning for a long time and, at one point, even managed a handful of concurrent world #1's with my own tunes in FM7 (shout out to PTG Rosny and his tune for one on Cota in a C or B class Mustang if I recall) - and I'm literally sat here taking about 3 pages worth of notes like school is in session. For me, probably the best tuning guide on the internet to date and will be sure to check out other vids on the channel. The FM community has lacked this type of comprehensive instruction since the very beginning so thanks again.

@Jonathan Burnham What would you think about adding the JGTC Skyline to the GT4 division? I know that its from a different era all together from the modern GT4s. However, As far as pace: It's extremely similar as far as speed down the straights and Handling around the corners. At least until they add more JGTC cars in to the game. I think it would be a solid home for it in the mean time and spice up those GT4 lobbies a little bit
