Supreme Court Rules President is Like a King - Could He Assassinate Rivals?
Welcome to another episode of the Cross Examiner Rocket Docket, where you are the judge. In this urgent episode, our host, an atheist attorney, dives into the recent Supreme Court decision in Trump v. US. The episode unpacks the Supreme Court's opinion, including dissents from Justices Sotomayor and Jackson. The host explores the three "buckets" of presidential activity defined by the court: core constitutional powers, purely private matters, and other official ac...

    Mormons are not actually considered "Christian" in Christendom. Their doctrines aren't biblical. They have a different Jesus, a different god, a different gospel too. They are a cult. As a Christian myself, We don't want a Theocracy until after Jesus returns and sets it up himself.

    MORMONS, THERE IS NO BAPTISM FOR THE DEAD. Scripture is very clear in stating that this life is the only chance we get. Once we die, our fate is sealed: HEBREWS 9:27 "it is the appointed for men to die once, and after that comes judgement." There are no "second chances" after death.

  • @AlbertJLouie
    @AlbertJLouie 9 дней назад

    When you seek answers from the Book of Mormon instead of the Bible, God can't help you because you have turned your back on Him. Therefore this leaves the door open for Satan (II Corinthians 11:14-15) to step into your life with a false christ or prophet showing you signs and wonders to lead you away from the real Jesus of the Bible who is God the Son 2nd person of the Trinity and the Eternal Creator God. God Himself warns us about this in: MATTHEW 24: 23-24 "Then if anyone says to you, Look, here is the Christ! or There! do not believe it. For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect..." Mormons teach and believe that their jesus is the brother of Satan, which contradicts what God says in His Bible that Jesus is God the Son 2nd person of the Trinity and the Eternal Creator God. So Mormons, which Jesus do you believe in? A. Your jesus of the Book of Mormon, who is the brother of Satan. OR B. The Jesus of the Bible, who is God the Son 2nd person of the Trinity and the Eternal Creator God.

    It's WRONG to have a Mormon therapist use the gospel in therapy is NOT good. My first therapist after I started running away just before I turned 16 due to a child hurter, getting me at 15, I looked 12, was evil. He had me stand on a chair while reading out of book of Mormon getting loud, I'm sobbing so hard, telling me to obey my parents and just religious crap. Never actually found out the real cause of my running away ect. It ruined and traumatized me SOOO much. A 32-year-old man I didn't really know talked me into running away the first time. Then it happened and of course I had NO idea what was going on. NO sex ed or anything of course. If I had had a decent real therapist like now things could have taken a whole different path in my life.

    This decision works both ways, this has got to have a few conservatives a little concerned as well? Absolute power corrupts absolutely..a President without ethics and integrity has the legal right to go after anyone or anything that displeases them...even the sitting members of the Supreme Court. 45 has no ethics and lacks integrity and wants to burn it all down, he has said as much. Do not know why "conservatives" think 45 will not also come for them if they get in his way, he will. He will come for anyone that stands in his way.. I think Joe Biden will win in landslide...not sure there are that many people that want 45 to have absolute power absolutely.

    Excellent conversation..very well thought out. The taxpayers of Louisiana should be outraged that this law was enacted, it is going to cost them dearly. So Louisiana doesn't have better things they should be spending their tax dollars on then defending this lawsuit? This is probably going to take a few years to work itself through the courts...costing the taxpayers money that should be spend on educating the citizens about the constitution? This is yet another example of Republicans cutting their noses off to spite their faces..makes no sense to me.

The best we can do is get majorities in Congress & Senate & help Biden stack SCOTUS with at least 6 new judges while passing legislation reforming SCOTUS, setting term limits, and creating ethics requirements with prosecution & removal. Exercising your religious beliefs should have boundaries that fit within the lawful boundaries of peace and order. Utah tends not to enforce it's own laws when it comes to bigamy. Then again many polygamist's have figured out how to practice bigamy within lawful boundaries. Also many law enforcement officials in Utah are practicing Mormons. Mormons sincerely believe that practicing bigamy fits within the lawful boundaries of peace and order. Mormons are exercising their religious beliefs, so law enforcement overlooks people that "practice" polygamy, because of the "free" exercise clause? Not sure the secular benefit of polygamy though? But yes like you I can see SCOTUS upholding Louisiana's Ten Commandments Law...because why not...who cares about freedoms and liberties?

      The scariest single line from that show for me was "You have been found guilty of violating Leviticus 18:22..." (Not sure which actual verse was used in the script but hearing a judge in a courtroom say that sent shivers down my spine.

    My bf and I were just having this exact conversation the other day. How could so many people follow Hitler to the point that they did? I get it now, sadly. My relationships with my own family has even become strained due to their good ole fashioned love of their religion and Trump. You need tshirts that say "This is why we care"! I'd buy one.

    I was taught that Joseph Smith took on multiple wives to fulfill the re-establishment of the fullness of the gospel principles-both old and new testament-as required by God, but that he NEVER consummated any of these unions beyond his marriage to Emma; ALL of the additional unions were only for show...! I feel so duped.....
