Shelia. I’m so sorry you have to go through this. I just lost my Older brother and younger sister within 5 months of each other this year and now just found out my other brother has prostate cancer. Sending prayers for strength peace and healing. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 You GOT THIS. Thank God for my ability to stitch and for all the floss tubers like you out the doing these videos to give me piece of mind to get through things like this. Sheila, this is my first time watching one of your videos. I'm so very sorry to hear of your diagnosis, but catching it early is more than half the battle. My mother started spotting when she was I think 69 or 70 and was going to just poo poo it. However, I worked in a hospital lab at the time and spoke to our pathologist. She stated spotting after menopause is very serious so I urged my mom to get seen. She managed to remain cancer free after the surgery until her death a month ago at the age of 88. Use all the resources you can, cry why you can't hold it in anymore, then get determined so you can move forward. It was brave of you to share and it may help someone else who is experiencing the same symptoms. I will be sending positive thoughts and vibes your way.

Sheila, first of all, I am so sorry for the scare you are having to go through. Please know you will be added to my daily prayers that the test results come back favorably, that you get yiur surgery scheduled soon, that they don’t find anything unexpected, and for the strength you need to get through this. I'm sorry you're dealing with this - I believe uterine is better than other cancers bc it tends to be contained. My sister was diagnosed with advanced stage 3c/4 ovarian cancer when she was 28 and beat it with chemo & radiation (this was 25 yrs ago). Dear Sheila, I'm a new subscriber, but I'm crying with you and lifting prayers for your healing and peace. I can totally relate to hearing and saying the words "I have cancer." I'm currently being watched for uterine cancer. Perhaps I should insist on a biopsy. I don't have any spotting, but I did have a scan that showed thickening of the uterine walls. I am currently in treatment for metastatic breast cancer, and the hormone therapy can lead to uterine cancer. When I first found out about my cancer, I cried quite a bit. It's overwhelming to wrap our minds around. God has graciously given me such peace through this journey, and I pray for that for you. Lift all your concerns to Him for he cares for you. I find (when I have the energy) that crafts and reading help me to relax, and it helps distract me to be doing something that brings me joy. Hugs and prayers to you!

I will definitely keep you in my prayers. So many advances have been made in cancer treatments. ❤️

I’m sorry for your news. My daughter had cervical cancer when she was 30. It’s a shock when you hear that word. She’s fine now. I will pray that all you get is the best news you can and you heal quickly. Since this is your favorite time of year, sit and enjoy. You are strong and will come through this. Peace and healing. 🙏🏻

Hi Sheila...I started viewing this floss tube Friday and couldn't watch it all. So I came back on Saturday to finish watching. I enjoy your your floss tubes and was so sorry to hear about your situation and so glad you came on and told your story. It could almost be my story. I have a mass on my right kidney that I just found out about. I have had a CT and a MRI and seen a urologist. The radiologist said it is concerning for renal cell carcinoma. I will not find out any thing for 6 months, they want to watch it. I hope you are able to keep up with your crafts and keep posting. I really do enjoy your floss tube. After watching one of your shows I ordered a couple of the Prairie Schoolers like the one you have in the box behind you. God Bless You and I hope all goes well!

Then the next second you said I have been crocheting. Like minds my friend. I have some go to movies I watch that always make me cry. so when I feel I need to do a lot of crying I will put them on and watch them. Thank you for sharing. So many women stop going for their check ups when they are older. It is important to keep up with our checkups and mammograms'. Early detection is the key.

Both of my daughters have had mastectomies and hysterectomies this year-one had cancer and went through chemo, the other daughter was positive with the BRCA gene, so did elective surgeries. All the feelings are real, do take the time to feel the feels, then get angry and fight! We are here to support you!
