I knew that mods for Minecraft are big, but seeing this video that is directed at getting a huge amount of cobblestone. Honestly, after 2 minutes I stopped thinking about cobblestone and I start thinking how complicated this mod is. That was the first time I stopped watching and decided to comment. There's so much stuff here that around the 12th minute my head was already starting to overheat, to some extent it's a dream to play as much as possible in “real minecraft”, but every minute I got more and more nauseous. I did not expect that minecraft, despite having redstone and a huge number of combinations of automatic farms. I had forgotten altogether that there is such a thing as redstone. After these 12-13 minutes of video, there is no information about redstone. Every second on this video, is a whole new minecraft. I wrote too much, but I just can't believe that so much in minecraft can happen

I'd imagine its still winter like because your farther away from said equator, AKA where your base is at :) Edit: another note is that you can farm animals. It just takes multiple generations of said animal to be tame towards you rather then run away when in a pen. Extra note: you get more maximum health the more balanced your diet is between veggies fruits meats Grains and dairies! that'd be all I have to share! Just some really cool things you might have missed in your play through!
