@@guilhermen.correa6538 Android auto isnt available on the current macans. I can't really help you on a car from brazil as programming might be different. Just delete the phone and try pairing it again. Be patient and make sure you accept all the pop ups.

Doors being shut and the car in a drive ready state. Key visible for the car to see like in a pocket. I know purses stuffed in footwells or keys in cup holders don't work too well

I mean its easy to do, just hard to do while holding a camera lol. While lifting the handle all the way up, pull the little plastic key plug out, then insert the key and twist.

I cannot answer for stuff like this. These cars are set up for the whole US including California which doesn't really have 93 octane so I imagine so but don't take my word for it. I can only go by what Porsche suggests

You cannot force the car to park somewhere. If it thinks its too small it won't even offer the ability to self park.

We haven't gotten our EVs yet I'm heading to training in a few days to finally see it.

Yes! Porsche's auto start/stop feature's primary use (besides emission reductions) is to save you on gas, as you are coming to a complete stop the car CAN (not always) shut off to reduce the gas consumption, however, if the cars interior gets to hot, to cold, etc the car will turn back on to ensure the driver is comfortable. This feature doesn't always activate, for instance if the battery is low, it's to hot outside or to cold outside, around 70 different criteria can stop this from working (which are all normal typically). Some people worry that it puts an excess strain on the starter motor, but I've talked to our techs and if there's 1 thing we RARELY ever replace in porsche is the starter. They kinda laughed when they thought about it.

It does! It can adjust up, down, forward and back. HOWEVER! It will be a manual adjustment, NOT electronic.

@@sandylohndorf No matter the seat choice it won't affect the steering column adjustment. I only know of the Turbo and Turbo S to come with the electronic controls. It might be an option on the 992.1 but with the 992.2 coming out I can't verify on the build site.

Yup! Same process. I imagine it should still work even with the battery disconnected, but I've never tried. Play around with the ground connection. Our jumper box has some JUICE and it can ground on the black hinge but as another user has pointed out, you can also use the exposed metal latch where the door catches.

On the coupe it'd interfere with the functional rear spoilers! Pretty cool fact.

Actually the 991.2 is even easier! You just keep trying to turn the "dummy key" until the car tells you to turn it off and pull it out. Then insert the real key and use that!

Took me about 20 min to get used to it. Shove it all the way up for reverse and all the way down for drive.

Yes they did in fact remove it, HOWEVER! They do allow you to save a customized version of each drive mode. For example, if you want your sport mode to ALWAYS have a softer suspension, you can do that. Just not a singular individual mode however.

Just one follow-up: is this the case regardless of whether one has the Sport Chrono package, or is the customized version only available if one has the Sport Chrono package? My local dealer seems to think one has to have Sport Chrono to have any chance of saving a customized version.

@@cv3033 Give me about 20 minutes to eat lunch and I'll give you a 100% answer. I'm 99.9% sure that it does in fact come with a customizable drive for sport even without sports chrono, as just like the cayenne, the new Panamera comes standard with the drive mode dial.

@@cv3033 yup just checked. It has it. Same as the cayenne. You do it through the "vehicle" page in the infotainment system. Make the changes you want while in sport for example, then just hit the little checkmark to save it

Yup, it's called "reduced" mode. Pretty nice. I still like a compass on the right side too much to use it lol

Yes! Its incorporated with the Park button. Pushing and holding it while driving will apply brakes and stop the car. It also unlocks the doors and calls Porsche roadside assistance. Otherwise if you just put it in park when you stop, it will also apply the E brake

This is quite an old video. I feel like I've gotten better. These are initially just used to send to customers that weren't local to us that I couldnt personally deliver their car. However, it seems there's a bigger audience for it than I thought!
