10 Minute Walk Thoughts | Controversial Topics
You're so right. Relying solely on willpower will not get anyone very far. We must always have a strong purpose and be willing to take the action necessary to change the parts of our life that are not in alignment with who we are. Connection truly is the opposite of connection. A man who is truly conscious and aware of who he is and his place in the world will not require willpower to stay away from self-destructive behaviours. Every day is a new opportunity to live our best life, not in the distant future but right now. Let's get it!
I'm on the other side of this. I started off having many friends, always got along with everyone easily. Over the years I'd find myself feeling unhappy in big groups, and I was unable to keep up with providing everyone with the love and attention while simultaneously taking care of myself. These days I have no friends and I feel more like myself. I'll be anyone's friend for a day, sometimes a bit longer. I appear and disappear, come and go, and this is just the way it is. A tip I give to anyone is to just go outside and be in a moment. You'll see someone who isn't in a rush to get somewhere, and that just might be your friend of the day. You can ask any question. You don't need an outline of what a conversation should look like. As long as you don't want or expect anything from anyone, you'll be friends with everyone around. Anyway, it's sweet of you to make a video like this. You come across as caring and likeable. My well wishes go out to you, my friend.
Thank you so much for this comment, providing a different perspective :)

Very thought provoking Mate. Pardon my ignorance but are you in Finland? The nature looks that way and to me you sound Finnish.
Yup, I’m Finnish!
@@indiesorcerer I thought you may be. I've travelled extensively throughout your country, from Helsinki to Oulu, to Rovaniemi, then up to Norway then back down to Kuopio and Savonlinna. Incredible place.

yo how does porn really affect people? I honestly don't understand when people say it has huge influences in them. Can somebody help me understand that? I've been single and gooning for years now, what i'm into, what i'd watch etc hasn't changed at all... (the only thing it affects is my motivation to go get a woman. easier to jack 1 out, but this is the same scenario with or without porn). Yo grats on finding ur girl though Erno
I would say, go check fight the new drug and their podcast “consider before consuming”. They have pretty good resources to answer your questions and they also shed some light on how porn can have negative effects on the society in general. Thank you for the comment and enjoy yourself- just try to do it as ethically as possible. Porn can offer genuine pleasure for many people but I wish it had less negative consequences.
I DON'T DATE ANYMORE, I LIVE IN FLORIDA AND HAVEN'T DATED IN 13 YRS, WESTERN WOMEN ARE NOT WORTH MY EFFORTS, SPECIALLY AMERICAN WOMEN, I CAN'T WAIT TO EXPLORE VIETNAM AND THE ASIAN CULTURE, THEN I'LL DATE
I have no idea about American women but the funny thing is, my girlfriend is Vietnamese and I have a couple of friends with Vietnamese wives.. and they’re all down to earth and traditional in the best way possible. They have their own jobs and take care of themselves but also have common sense.
@@indiesorcerer YES VIETNAM WOMEN, I'M PLANNING TO LIVE PART TIME IN VIETNAM, SO I'LL MEET SOME THERE, WESTERN WOMEN TURN ME OFF IN MANY WAYS
Been single and without sex for 25 years. Been fine until the last few years. Seeing all this mgtow crap has convinced me modern women have impossible to meet standards has me thinking it'd be great if I don't wake up tomorrow. Til then, booze and pot and fingers crossed it all ends sooner rather than later.
I wish you all the best.. if I didn’t see moderately sensible women in my friend groups / family, I also wouldn’t have faith in modern women at all. I want you to know I’m grateful for your comment, because it offers a point of view for other men. Some can relate, others can draw inspiration to work harder or look for opportunities harder. Whatever it may be, I think sharing painful experiences such as yours does good for this world, even if it’s a tiny positive drop in an ocean filled with hurt.
I feel very sorry for you Mate. Don't do anything stupid.
Im going through a lot of what you went through. 24 here. I am 6'2 190 pounds. To put it bluntly I know I am not unattractive but I struggle in the bedroom. I quit watching porn 2 years ago. Still smoke weed and occasionally drink but thats it. Its like I can only be intimate with a women I connect with. I can feel my sexual desire flip off during casual encounters. It sucks cause some of the women are really attractive. It keeps me from going out and trying to meet girls in general.
It can feel so frustrating.. a part of us wants adventure and spontaneous experiences, especially in our youth. But something inside us prevents that. For me, it made me feel overly sensitive and not masculine. But later I figured, to hell with it. I will focus on my one woman now and be the man for us. Thank you so much for the comment, it makes making videos feel worth it!
Im the same, but its hard to trust woman nowadays, you never know who you are talking to and what they are up to, same goes for women that search for men, there are alot of false people out there sadly. I don't know if I'll ever be able to trust a woman again, its hard to heal from some of the things I experienced, at least for me. Its the worst if you really found the, in your eyes perfect girl or woman, just to realize after a long time of commitment that she wasn't honest when she said she was honest, in the beginning it wasn't like that but I caught alot of small lies and over time those lies got even bigger until I lost trust in her even so she was the only woman I could connect on on a real deep level. To be honest I don't really believe someone like she was in the beginning will ever be in my life again, and even if, I think my trust issues got so bad I will push her away over time. I mean in this generation is 10x worse than it used to be 50 years ago, and I see even my parents and everyone splitting up all the time, which makes me question if its really worth it
Thanks for sharing your experience. I get where you’re coming from, as my first relationship was quite toxic and in the end my ex even left me for another guy. After that, I had an online “affair” with someone I developed strong feelings for but in the end, she did not wish to take it further and I also found out she had lied to me from the very beginning.. that experience in particular made me feel betrayed, even if I wasn’t perfect myself. Our paths can be very painful at times, but I wish you all the best and hope you will be able to have an open heart when the right woman crosses your path.
Thanks for sharing your vulnerable truth about what it really feels like to have moments of being contented and fulfilled with your girlfriend. It is rare to hear it coming from men these days with all the red pill content going around the internet. I have always believe that there are good men like you out there who still believe in love and what a good relationship can bring for both people involved.
Yes good men still exist,, so good women, but with all those scams on Internet, better choose someone you really know, it will save you time and money. Learning to evolve, is the main purpose of living. With or without someone else.
Thank you for the comment! It is time for good men to step up and speak out. This world is filled with good people, overshadowed by the loudest, most superficial influencers. I always believed in good women and love thanks to my parents’ long marriage. Now I want to educate others that it is indeed still possible to find healthy, loving relationships..
@@indiesorcerer Your welcome, have a Nice Day and keep focus on achieving your goals.🙏😁
Computerized dating has given women the idea that commitment is unnecessary, and yet, it is to be a 'good person'. It is a narcissistic era and the older generation went through this change and we are still trying to figure out what went wrong.
So sad to see this, if a pretty girl is doing this videos she has millions of subscribers, and they are a few videos like this with them cooking and living alone in the woods!
Honestly dont put too much pressure on yourself or the relationship, you know you can survive singie and this just a bonus.
Men want purpose worth pursuing. For 95% of men that was family and women - as it's hard to find not run thru ungangbang women under 30 nowadays - most of the men is looking for other purposes but it's hard. As women are not worth pursuing. End of story.
This is a great summary of the current situation for men. Thanks for commenting!

This video couldn't have come at a better time. Recently workload with my new job and university has really built up and I've found myself in a place of stress and overwhelm these past few days. Hyper-focusing on one task at a time is definitely the way to go but like you said easier said than done especially if you don't have a proper system going. That's really something for me to work on. The past few years I've worked farm jobs where there was a similar monotonous routine day by day. It was frustrating and boring sure, but in a sense I appreciate it now because it was far easier to just focus on a single-minded objective for the day compared to my new workplace where everything it scattered, many people coming to me with problems at once which I am struggling to balance. It's all part of the journey though and I look forward to developing a system similar to what you describe to balance it all better.
People say grass is never greener on the other side.. I think it can be, but it’s never perfectly green all of the time. That is to say, we take turns in our paths and face new challenges, but those challenges teach us who we are, what we want and how we can deal with different situations. Thanks for commenting as always!
Congrats on getting this out there man. I’m in the exact same situation at the moment. Altho I’m exactly “gooning” or have one of those sort of setups with loads of screens just my phone mostly. But I’m still consuming this sort of content and have been for the last 4 years. I’m 23, and I really want to stop it’s just a really damaging habit and it’s an addiction for real. Would be great to chat with you, I’ve actually started a solo podcast on Spotify just audio and I’ve been thinking about talking about this topic.
Just finished the video and again just want to say, I super appreciate how transparent and open you’ve been here, it’s inspiring. And refreshing
First of all thanks for the comment! And what’s the podcast called if I may ask? I’m definitely open to chatting with folks going through these same experiences I went through!
@@indiesorcerer hey man, the podcast is called “GainedProgress” on Spotify. I think I’ve put 3 episodes on there so far mostly me just talking about what ever was bothering me in that exact moment. But in defo considering talking about this I just need to plan out the episode. I’m definitely down for a chat man, is there a way I can direct message you on here? I’m not sure!
You should be able to find my email now from my channel details.. I've tried sharing email etc. before directly in the comments but RUclips seems to remove comments like that. I don't know why they don't have a DM feature or something to make things easier between content creators and viewers. I think something like that is coming in the future though. I'll be sure to listen to your podcast!
@@indiesorcerer hey man, so I couldn’t find your email, but I was able to find ur insta via ur RUclips handle. I dropped you a follow
Very good that you talk about this. I never went that way. But it’s brave that you bring this up on YT. We need more people talking about the harmful and more extreme outgrowths of hypers*xuality and corn addiction. To get rid of the stigma around these topics. Not enough people realize that these harmful extremes are actually very common, because not enough people dare to admit they suffer from it. For most people, these are not harmless kinks but very serious and harmful addictions. Nowadays, people get told not to “kinkshame”, but I think we need to call out harmful kinks and corn habits more often in public! Because honestly, I think some of it is just pure evil! Cheers brother! By the way: enjoy that sauna 😎
Cheers! I did enjoy it!
I'm grateful to have never gotten to that stage of corn addiction. My sessions were always quick and until recently did not know what "g00n1ng" is. Very inspiring to hear your story, how you were able to break out of that cycle and are now helping others to do the same. Also, so many people need to hear what you said about "edging". I've had a similar philosophy whereby I already consider myself having lost the game if I let it get to that stage. Keep up the good fight brother! We're all in this together.
I’m happy to know you’ve gotten your act together at a younger age than I ever did. My addiction actually got gradually worse I think in the last 5 years and if my 2~ months nofap streak at age 25 had lasted forever.. damn I would have been better off. Now I reached a bottom I don’t wish for anyone. Thanks for the comment as always my friend!

This is cool. I love videos like this. It really sets a mood. You have a good storytelling ability my friend!
Thanks! Cool to hear you enjoy it, since these types of videos are my favorites to make. I'll be making some more as the winter arrives.
So refreshing to see a creator appreciate the growth, even if it is small, and feeling like a success even if they're not on hundreds and thousands of subs.... Love it. Makes a change from people constantly whining that they only have a thousand or two thousand subscribers like they are somehow entitled to more. Keep up the videos, you'll find your tribe!
Thank you! I try to remind myself that every subscriber is a real person.. so having over a 100 is already quite a crowd. And having 1k people listen to a video overnight? Now imagine that audience in real life..
Awesome video. I'm on video 9. I can relate to the job part!

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts, I hope you have a great weekend!
Really happy to see this channel finally blossoming! The content creation process sure can be tedious and take a long time to pay off. I also cannot see myself ever becoming fully satisfied with working a 9 to 5. While my new job is a big step up compared to what I did before and affords me with some great opportunities that I truly am thankful for, I still can not see myself following that career path forever. The call of living a life where I am free to fully express myself and live on my own terms will always be there, hence why I always find myself looking for alternative ways to exit the rat race and "escape the matrix" in a sense. I think there's nothing wrong with being happy working 9 to 5. But it's definitely not for everyone. Looking forward to continue following your channel into the next era. Onwards and upwards!
We’re free spirits my friend. At the same time, we need to be careful not to poison our mind with too many negative thoughts about ordinary jobs. Getting through a workday is a lot easier when the attitude is positive. But working on our dreams on the side is also crucial. Thanks once again for the comment!
Subbed. God bless you.
I've come to a similar philosophy myself. Although I think having a plan for wealth preservation and investments is a good idea, plus having a "rainy day fund" for the unexpected, saving for the sake of saving will never bring long term happiness and fulfillment. In fact I think beyond the basics of being able to pay bills, afford food, water, shelter etc. having more money and material possessions by no means equates to more joy and fulfillment. True wealth and richness in life comes from our lived experiences, the connections we make, leaving a legacy and seeking to make the world a better place. Going into my my recent roadtrip I really did not have much in savings, really only had enough for fuel driving the vast distances across Australia. I was really forced to push boundaries, bringing most of my own food instead of eating out and saving on accommodation costs by sleeping in my car. Although there were a few uncomfortable moments, I truly had a blast. My little savings were "wiped out" from the trip, but I regret nothing. Experiences such as this are really what I want to continue living, rather than getting caught in the monotony of day to day life.
I will catch up on your roadtrip related content soon! Even as a concept it seems like something that teaches further independence, careful planning of resources and focusing on the present.
Been catching up on your latest content. You have a real gift for story telling. Definitely see you becoming a leader for younger generations. Although I'm still in my early 20s, I can already see how the time I've wasted leading into the recent past, all the experiences I've missed cannot be gained back. I've already spent quite a bit of time in what I can only remember as a blur, not doing anything meaningful with my life, stuck in active addiction, isolating and cutting myself off from the world. It's only really this year that I've began to venture out into the real world, gain valuable experiences, make inroads towards my long-term goals, enjoying the journey and most recently, getting more of a social life. In a sense playing catch up with lots of things that many people typically do/experience in their teens. Great message to make the most of every day and to not get caught in the monotous cycle and growing complacent because of the illusion of having so much time when you're young.
Thanks for catching up and sharing your own experiences friend - thoughtful comments like yours will be beneficial for future viewers who read through the comments
...and then one day you find ten years have got behind you, no one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
All I ever wanted was to eventually start a family. But I'm short and ugly so I never had much chance with women. Been in 2 LTRs but neither could've been the foundation of a family (#1 didn't want to have kids, #2 turned out to be severely mentally ill). I have a career, money and freedom. Yet I'm not happy, as this hedonistic lifestyle has never appealed to me. I suppose the point is - we always have regrets about the thing we can't or didn't do.
Im 23 and in university. This was a gem to stumble across. You are a great story teller. Im sure this channel will gain viewers if you stick with it.
Thank you for the supportive comment!
Aw shucks man 🥰
this wideo..... child.
I’m 42 and have been working in IT since I was 20. I agree with what you say, don’t wait to make something of yourself, even in your 30s you still have lots of time, those were the best years of my life. It’s easier to take more risk when you’re young, once you’re my age and stuck with a mortgage, maybe you have kids, bills, etc, it’s a lot harder to take risks. Learn something new, work on projects, get out and meet likeminded people, that can open doors for you now and later in life.
Eat a carnivore diet man.
Eat a balanced diet, man
I might try it for a bit eventually just to see its effects. I’ve heard many things about it.
I wasted 3 years in high school. My friends would come over to my house during the summer and try to get me to go to the pool or just hang out but I would sit on my butt and play games all day. Two of them were hot girls also. I was more worried about playing games than making memories with friends. That is one of if not the biggest regret I have. Games will always be there, but your friends will not. They will move away and have their own lives and families. Potential memories lost forever just because I didn’t want to save the game and come back to it later…
Very few video game memories last the same way real life experiences do in my opinion.. wish we knew that sooner.
@@indiesorcerer I’m just glad I learned the lesson now so I can pass it on to my future kids, so they hopefully don’t have to make this same mistake.
