Thank you and happy holidays.
You are very knowledgeable and I appreciate all that you’ve shared! I already have added patterns to my favourites for gifts and myself! I loved the hat and look forward to the finished pattern because I’m going to knit! 😊
Oh thanks so much for your wonderful words! It really inspires to create more 🤗 Regarding the hat, I have already finished it and wearing it a lot! Will of course speak about it in the next podcast 🤍
Thanks a lot for this non-obvious selection, there are a few new yarns and brands for me, and I’m a bit of a yarn nerd 😅 I wish I had more hands to try all of them! I can add a few options to your list, that I feel are also not so well known: Lucia and Haya by Holst Garn (both with a little bit of yak), Brushed Merino by Lotus Yarns, Trilogy and Lulu by Inka Tops (available on cones via Etsy). I also think Inka Tops produces some of the alpaca yarns for Kremke, because they look the same and have the same composition. Cariaggi also has a few other brushed cashmere options like Nuage and Goldie.
Woow, thank you very much for mentioning new yarns to me! I am a yarn nerd too, it’s nice to meet you 😁 I’ve heard of lotus yarns, will check them out! Also other options you’ve mentioned 🤗
Love these patterns and yarns that you’ve chosen!!
Thank you very much 🤍
Everytime I am on Etsy I prefer to support the Ukranian shops! I bought the best needle case from an ukranian shop!
Oh this is so kind! Thank you very much 🙏🏼 I got a handmade bag from Ukrainian Etsy shop the other day, it’s amazing!
Hello!! Even though a lot of these yarns are expensive, they could be added to something for a Sophie scarf or shawl! That wouldn’t break the bank. lol. Would you recommend washing before use to get the greatest effect? Great video,! Thank you. 😊
You are right, we can always make a smaller item and still enjoy the fiber! Yarns that are sold for handknits don’t have the spinning oil, so I don’t think it’s necessary to wash before use, they are ready to start immediately 🤗 However, I always wash the swatch to understand the correct gauge and to know what to expect :)
Fabulous podcast thanks. So many alternatives discussed. I can attest to the softness of the Kremke BabySilk lace solid. Love it to knit with. Love watching your podcasts 🥰🙏💚
Oh thank you so much for watching and leaving a warm comment 🤗 I would love to try this yarn, and maybe even knit an entire blouse in it 😍
Thank you for a great video! Another affordable mohair alternative is Midnatssol by Camarose. It’s alpaca fibres with tencel core if I remember correctly (the structure of the yarn is exaclry like standard silk mohair). I made a vest with it and the quality is great. It’s very soft and flufy
@@AnnaSnglv wow! Thank you very much, I will take a look and hopefully try this one as well!
Thanks so much for sharing ❤ Merry Christmas and Happy New Year ❄️🎄🧣🧤
@@MikiCrespo thank you! Likewise to you 🎄
Very useful video, I got to know many new yarns! Merry Christmas 🤗
@@АннаНикитина-у6ж thank you very much!
I wish the farmers didn’t have to eat the yaks 😢
Hi beautiful knitters! Such video is my gratitude and a gift for the holiday season. I hope this video can expand your knitting experience and maybe add some inspiration to a knitting journey! Thank you very much for your warm comments, I am wishing you a wonderful Christmas and a New Year! hugs 🤗
I can’t wait for your next podcast. Your tailoring in your knits is inspiring.
Thank you so much ☺️
That sweater by Knitter Sol is so beautiful 😍 I really appreciate how detailed you spoke about each pattern and yarn choice. Looking forward to watching your progress on these plans!
I can’t wait to cast it on 😍 thank you very much 🫶
Evgenia, love the yarn and the patterns you mentioned! But there are no WIPs in this video , what are you working on now? Did you start any Korean designs?
Thank you🤗 This video is only a review of my future plans, but I have posted a podcast recently where I spoke about my finished work and WIPs, its a podcast NO 3: ruclips.net/video/JNAU_lLSP2k/видео.htmlsi=bXOy4ZnsmSeqQkDi Regarding Korean designs, the blossom vest is next 😍
Wonderful podcast! You always choose such beautiful patterns. The Pachira sweater is now in my future plans!
Wow! Thank you 🤗 I hope you enjoy the process! Do you already know the yarn and the color for your Pachira?
@ I’ve been wanting to try some natural undyed yarn from a local alpaca farm and I think this might be my opportunity 😊
I love the attention you give to each pattern, and the pro's and con's you share. I also love hearing about wonderful, ethically sourced yarns. I am so glad I found your podcast!
Thank you very much for wonderful words 😌
You are super knowledgeable about yarns. Very informative! I’ve saved many of the patterns you highlighted 😊
Oh thank you so much! Your words are very inspiring! I am glad you could find some nice patterns for yourself :)
🧶🌈❤️
Everything about this podcast was absolutely lovely...especially you! Time to add more patterns to my favorites : )
Oh thank you so much for such warm comment 😍🤍
I have also yarn from Bouclelaine in my stash for a cardigan that was featured innthe pompom magazine a year ago. Looking forward to cadting on. My yarn also contains angora fibres
Oh I d love to try that one as well! Enjoy the project 🤗
Oh my gosh you were a joy to watch. Look forward to seeing your knits finished.
Thank you very much! Can’t wait to see them live as well 💙
Спасибо❤

Amazing podcast 💙 love all the knitting projects 🧤🧥🧣
Thank you very much 🫶
Wonderful podcast thank you. Your excitement for knitting is contagious. I love your pattern choices and aesthetic. I presently am knitting Isabell Kraemer's Aldous sweater in a charcoal grey combo of Erika Knight's Local yarn- Masam and BFL, with Isager alpaca one lace. I love the fabric it makes soft yet sturdy also. Can't wait to get in to it. First try on now was good - hoping the neck blocks outwards. Thanks so much for sharing - I LOVE your podcasts 🙏🧡❤💙
Thank you so much for warm words 🤗 Erika Knight’s wool local is my dream to knit with! Still haven’t tried it yet. How rustic or soft do you find it towards the skin ? I will take a look at the sweater you’ve mentioned ♥️
@@nikitinaknits Hi! I would say that the Erika Knight's Local BFL/Masham is a mild-med rustic feel. I am sensitive and the combo with the small amount of lace alpaca one, is really lovely on my skin. Feels sturdy without prickliness or scratch for me anyway. The sweater - just plain/basic so that I can grab this sweater, throw it on, even if working in the garden ha. 🥰 keep warm up there (northern hemisphere) - I am in New Zealand - our summer now 🙏😘
@@sharonmerton9812 Thank you! Will be def trying this yarn, I love the brand a lot and local yarns are always a priority for me. New Zealand is my dream destination, I would like to hike the whole place there!
The Merino dArles is from a breed of merino sheep farmed in the Arles region of the South of France.
Interesting , thanks!
Thank you for the podcast, I love the selection of the patterns. They are so unique, great inspiration for me!
Thank you very much 🙏🏼
This big black arm holding the mic is disturbing
To me as well, but it will be there from now on, it’s necessary for the sound. I will put it more to the side for the next podcast but will be still there 🥲
У petite knit есть описание манишки на молнии.
Спасибо! я видела ее и там мне не нравится как собирается полотно у шеи от погонов, не хватает глубины горловины (
What an amazing video, I really loved new sound and your plans are amazing. I will be happy to help, in case you need support with cables 🥹
The sound quality of your new mic is amazing!
Thank you very much! trying to improve 🤍
Loving your videos so much! beautiful designs and colors 😍

Привіт 🤗 Дуже дякую за перегляд ♥️
Could I ask what pattern you are wearing? I would love to knit it for myself.
@@Bee-mh3il It’s a cumulus blouse o-neck by petite knit :) I love this blouse so much! I spoke in detail about this pattern and yarn in this episode: ruclips.net/video/6BjpBy4uHtI/видео.htmlsi=DVBMD19qtvm88fIM 🤍
З початком роботи над худі! Сподіваюся, що процес в'язання буде вам цікавим і захоплюючим, не дивлячись на просту лицьову гладь виробу. Рада, що опис вам сподобався і дякую за відгуки! Приємного в'язання 🧶❤

Oh this brioche hat looks incredible, you need to teach me 😅
Haha come to Asturias and I ll teach you 😁☕️🤗
I just can't wrap my head around how much knowledge you have on knitting and yarns! It's incredible.
@@swietoju Thank you very much! I hope it can be useful 🤍
@@nikitinaknits It is! I actually make notes! 😀
@@swietoju oh I am so so happy, really! It inspires to create more, thank you very much!
As a Korean, I am so tickled by your love for Korean knit designers and yarn products.
They are truly beautiful 🤍😌
Thank you so much for the links, especially the sock tutorial!! That’s so helpful and generous ❤ The ending of this video tho 😂😂😂😂😂😂 now I need to watch it again.

Darling, I was so happy to watch your video during my flight to Amsterdam. I kept smiling while watching it. Is it really tomorrow morning that I'll say to you goedemorgen? 🤭❤️
Yes my dear, just in two hours we ll be eating syrniki together ❤️🤗 Thank you for watching and for the warm words 😌
Loving your podcasts a lot! Waiting for a new one :)
Thank you ☺️
It's nice to see you so excited about yarn! It's all about the small things in life 🙂
Absolutely!! I love a high quality fiber, and it’s always interesting to see how it behaves and transforms with time 😌
Beautiful PlainYoke Tee 🐿️🍁
Thank you! 😊
I have 2 patterns from Otherloops in my cue and I hear so often about the errors in the pattern that it is not so inspiring to cast on ….. for a paid pattern you would expect that by now errata would have been done
Yes this is quite frustrating. I've heard people emailing the designer about the errors, and the response was "the pattern is correct". But some patterns seem to be free from errors, like the Tulip Loop Sweater I would love to knit, looks like its fine. And the Twist Loop top should be clear as well
!!!! Waw I have a vest knitted from the exact same yarn (including the colorway)
Amazing 🤗
Гарне відео, надихнуло!❤
Дякую за перегляд ❤️
About the name "Amandier cardigan", if anyone is curious, it''s a play on words in French. The word "amande" means "almond" but can also mean "diamond shape". While "amandier" does mean "almond tree", the term is also reminiscent of "damier" which means "checked pattern", so in this context you can interpret it as a pun meaning "diamond checked pattern". :-)
Oh wow that’s interesting! Thank you ☺️
