I watched this video when it came out and really enjoyed it, but coming back to say that I am surprised (and maybe a little disappointed) to see that Tribbie is more analogous to Mobius now with the additional information we have now (Tribbie's divine authority being gate of infinity, them sharing a cn va, I even saw a comparison of Mobius' summon to Tribbie) I think everyone was surprised by this one, but we were speculating with next to nothing lol.

Talking abt Fontaine being sus on Honkai stuff.. What are your thoughts on the "overflowing of light" that allegedly appeared after touching the first Statue of the Seven in Fontaine? I say "allegedly" because there was no visual of that shown and just text shown that Paimon said (without audio) when she asks if we we're alright due to the sudden said "overflowing of light". My best honkai related guess is that due to the hydro element and is lore regarding the primordial sea has connections to the authority of the Herrscher of Death/Rebirth. And that it's only a slight nod to how similar the traveler twins are with blue and red Seeles if not a big foreshadowing.

(sorry if this is worded badly) I kinda thought that with Guns Girls Z being called "Era: Zero" and with each game being the next Era.. and what I think that Honkai Impact being the first Era after GGZ being the version of the samsara cycle that's happening with that honkai's story could be the one that is mostly similar to GGZs like the "variations" to Project S.A.V.E and specifically with Project Valuka (the hi3 one) using the 2nd Divine Key "Key of Infinity" with Valuka being used to "find a world that has successfully destroyed the honkai" could the reason that there are descenders could be that since Tevyat is the closest to doing so.. could they but with that could each descenders have be using the samsara cycle to help them find a way thr successfully destory the honkai once and for all in this world but with the samsara cycles could they be pre-made timelines based off of the previous one (especially after the second who came) that the "dream" or samsara cycle they are going through being test to get stronger like with traveler getting their powers sealed and everything that happens after.. with the dream and illusions, the 8th Divine Key "Key of Sentience" being able to create unending dreams and illusions that can also record/destroy memories.. COULD TEYVAT BE THE BUBBLE WORLD THAT IS THE CLOSEST TO ACTUALLY DESTROYING THE HONKAI WITHIN THEIR WORLD?? Within "Before Sun and Moon" kept mentioning "Ark" has me thinking about Project Ark but also with the whole "Teyvat being a one of those bubble worlds or shaped out of the Seed of Sumeru" that is actually slowly withering away into the Sea of Quanta and the visions, gnosis, and the sustainer being what is being used for keep Teyvat afloat.. and with the reason the Travelers being called to Teyvat being that with Khanenri'ahs actually plan being to use travelers sister/brother as a vessel to absorb infinity Abyssal power to the world's near-annihilation and with Dainslef's quote "Defeat me, command me to step aside, show me that you are worthy that I to save her, Then the threads of all fates will be yours to re-weave" could Dain be trying to save them and stopping their sibling from absorbing the abyssal power so they won't be the cause for the world's 3rd?? near-annihilation.. yet even if traveler does change their fate being possibly become the Loom of Fate or after they defeat Dainslef are they going to be getting Dainslef's ability to alter Ley Lines or the "Threads of Fate" even with that how is traveler going to "re-weave the threads of fate"?

Ever since the release of the statuettes, I've wondered if Khanri'ah wasn't a nation without gods, but simply a nation without Celestia approved gods. Celestia seems terrified of anything that undermines their legitimacy as the sole source of divinity. They ban books and kill gods who know things that threaten that legitimacy. Why wouldn't they attempt to wipe out a nation that knows they aren't the only gods and then swear all the Archons to absolute silence on the matter while they rewrote the story from, "We killed these people who worship other gods," to, "We killed the godless sinners who threatened the world."

I can't believe the Imaginarium Theater has been in the game since 1.0.

With new Simulanka quest it’s basically officially spoiled that durin will return, we might get both lore of albedo and durin when durin revived.

One thing I want to note is that it honkai is instead 崩壊 (houkai) in the Japanese release, which means collapse in that language, only enforcing everything we already know.

I never understood the whole “oh it’s a simulation, it doesn’t matter” line of thought, is the game/book/movie or whatever you’re experiencing not just a “simulation” by another name? You still experience these things, albeit fictional, and they still have an impact on you, is that not meaning? So why, once revealed that a story is “just” a simulated experience for a character in said story, do we strip that story of its meaning? If the simulation has meaning to the character within the story, then it has meaning to us, as the audience, it is still something that affects the character(s) within a story, and by extension us, as the witness to those characters stories.

I have a crack theory that Deshret used the nails throughout his tech because there's a lot of blue crystals in the desert ruins and no abyss. He also either has purple or gold abilities not blue.

Not to be like a downer on the Genshin lore analysts. But. All of the Honkai related games exist as bubble universes on the Imaginary tree so to speak. It is how we have Welt Yang (CEO's self insert) helping this not dead Himeko he discovered and Raiden Mei (confirmed) in HSR and why Genshin is vaguely similar with some correlations and allowed crossover with HI3 (Fischl). So the main old Hoyo games (aka Honkai and its predecessors) are all on like one main branch, Genshin and (maybe ZZZ) are on the other side of the tree. But still on it. Main concepts and ideas will be shared across all games because they're all on the tree. I think its being thought about a bit too hard concerning the Honkai events existing or not in Genshin. They're there. There's several instances in Genshin that sound incredibly similar to the Honkai tests and you can make the argument that the Stellaron disasters on different planets in HSR are Honkai events. Additionally, if its a sea where life begins, that's gonna be the Quanta. There's not much more to it. Its like how the Great Flood irl is found in multiple religions and regions. Not just the Christian Bible. They're referencing the same event.

You can also see the upside down fountain from the upside down ruins in the underground chasm in the book of revealings world. There's a window right next to where you teleport in and there's the same statues and everything. People tried telling me Hoyo was just reusing architecture but I've noticed that there's slightly different motifs on the pillars in Enkanomiya, The Chasm, and Sumeru. So I don't think it was just reused architecture. People can pry that from my cold dead hands.

7:40 okay so there is clear tie to Irminsul here. Rhukkadevata did the same thing to create Nahida. Nahida is the purest branch of Irminsul that was snapped off so as to not be infected with forbidden knowledge. Which, we know, is this text from Before Sun and Moon. And what poisoned Deshret's mind and created Eleazar. This is all so fascinating and I'm just interested to see how Hoyo will tie it all together.
