She had a bundle with several animals in it that could all be finished into shaped pillows like the cat. I would like to get that one. I actually like parking when I’m stitching full coverage but that Afremov piece is a little over the top. The thread management on that one is insane so that’s why I decided to try switching to a controlled cross country and see if that makes it more manageable. 🤞🏻 I haven’t seen that Stoney Creek bird series. I’ll have to check it out. I agree with you about trying to keep up with some of the daily Flossmas videos, especially if they are on the longer side. I really prefer short, full on festive ones. (spoiler - if I do Flossmas, my videos will be quite short but hopefully still fun to follow along). I have been thinking about it and I don’t think I’m going to do a WIP parade this year. Partially because I have so many more WIPs now with all of my new starts but also because I have shown every single WIP this year as I worked through my WIP list. @kraftnkris2999 I just got home! It was successful according to the doctor. But it's seriously bandaged and splinted for 2 weeks and then a cast. I'm trying to be a good patient and not bug my husband too much!

I love the variety of different colours and patterns I get using the jelly roll since it contains at least one strip of every fabric in the line and it’s much quicker than trying to cut strips off of the fat quarters. @@debb9695 yes, the foam inserts came from Pip and Chip.

@@debb9695 the Pip and Chip foam inserts do fit nicely in the Geelong cabinet. I purchased a full set of the 3 mm, preprinted, white acrylic DMC bobbins from Pip and Chip to use for my master set. There are over 500 bobbins in that set. If you want to spread the costs out, you can buy them in sets of 24, 60 or 84 or even buy a set of the white or clear blanks and a set of their stickers to gradually build your collection with the colours that you use most. I personally just use the Pip and Chip bobbins for my master set, meaning they stay in the cabinet. For my working bobbins, the ones that end up sitting in my many works in progress, I just use the standard plastic DMC bobbins that you can buy at Michaels and just add more floss to them, whenever I run out, from the master set bobbins. I do have a second video showing how I use my system when I kit up a project if you are curious about that. Just let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks so much for watching. Kris 😄
