@@KyChimerical thanks so much. I have one more stocking to stitch and then I can tackle fully finishing them. Looking forward to the day I can hang them up all together. Thanks for watching. Happy stitching. 🧵🪡😄
Hello from Oregon. I found your wonderful flosstube from Pam and Steph. I love your calm, gentle energy and beautiful projects, many of which are new to me. Thanks for sharing! Hugs, Valerie 😊
What a great visit!! Always love everything you show . Love all the ort ideas and the sewing them in that hoop was very clever ! Thanks for sharing, Kim ☀️
Thanks Christine! 😄 I’m excited to start all of the finishing touches. But I won’t lie, the cording part of it is a bit intimidating! 😬 Thanks for stopping by to hang out. 😄❤️
I love your idea for your rotation. It seems like you get so much done by concentrating on each project for a full week. I may just adopt it!! Thank you for sharing .
Thanks Kathryn. I’m really enjoying the rotation. And by having projects of different sizes (not all of my large full coverage ones!) it keeps it interesting and gives me some quicker finishes which, for me, is very motivating. I’m glad you found a bit of inspiration. 😄 Thanks so much for watching. Happy stitching.
I loved your research and story about the ort/s. Thanks for sharing that. Very Interesting. So nice you were able to get your Unicorn pattern and getting it from a stitchy friend. Happy Birthday month!
Oh your stocking is absolutely gorgeous. Dena is a wonderful lady glad she found homes for those patterns I have a couple of those as I had a friend that loved horses and they were to be gifts, but she has since passed away. Love your routine as well you seem to be getting lots of progress. Happy stitching Patty
Thanks Patty! It was a little hard to step away from the routine to mix things up for my birthday this month but I am excited to work on some of my horse WIPs that I haven’t seen in a while. Thanks for stopping by for a visit. Take care and happy stitching. 😄 Kris
I'm here for the bags! 😉 It's your birthday month coming up, I shall start a Dimensions horse pattern for your birthday. The progress you're getting from focusing on each category is awesome, congrats my friend!
Ha, ha. Just a few this month. I’m hoping to have more up in the shop in the next few weeks. Oooh. Thanks for celebrating with me. Which Dimensions kit will you start? 🐴❤️ Thanks for popping in for a visit. 😊❤️
Great episode! Loved the stitching and the ort jars. The maple leaf is perfect! I think I'm going to copy your rotation plan and start working on 1 project for 6 days and spinning a wheel on Sunday. My stitching right now seems too flighty. I think I need structure. Not getting as much done as I'd like. Beginning of July. Perfect place to start. Always get great ideas from you. Thank you
Thanks Heather! Glad you enjoyed it. I started this rotation to try to reduce the number of WIPs I had on the go and to try to clear out some of my older WIPs that had just been languishing in my WIP pile. That’s making the finishes twice as rewarding. Have fun with your own rotation. Thanks for stopping by for a visit. Happy Stitching! 😄
Hi Kris! Recent subscriber here. I found your channel last month, enjoyed seeing your projects, and immediately went to your first video so I wouldn't miss an episode! Love the horse patterns - especially Behind the Bit. Looking forward to seeing that one framed and on your wall. But I was dumbfounded when I saw you had stitched one of my favorite pieces displayed at Stitch Con 2019...that adorable hedgehog! I was at a table where I enjoyed looking at that cutie everyday, wondered who had stitched it, and immediately came home and bought the pattern. I was somewhat dismayed when I realized the yellows, teals, and greens had been customized, since those colors are amazing. No wonder I like your taste in cross stitch! I'm now caught up with all your videos. Wishing you a fun birthday month and lots of stitching!
Hi Teri! 👋🏻 Welcome to the channel! How fun that we have a connection through Stitch Con and a colourful hedgehog! That colour conversion was painful but worked out well in the end! Thank you so much for your kind words and for your dedication in watching all of my past episodes. I am the same way when I subscribe to someone new. I love to start at the beginning and follow their stitching journey. 😉 July is off to a good start! I’ve put about 500 stitches into Behind the Bit today and I’m looking forward to pulling out one of my other horse projects tomorrow. Hope you have a great weekend and lots of fun celebrating the 4th! Take care and happy stitching! 😄❤️
Hi Kris, I found you through Pam and Steph. I wonder if you can share the name of the artist in the picture on your thumbnail with the little girl leading her horse in the snow. I love the Stallion piece, I am a lifelong equine owner and lover. I am working on War Pony currently through Heaven and Earth Designs! I also love your behind the bit stitch as well! 💕 I have the horse Janlynn kit too, but have not started it yet. Have you seen the Dimensions Kit called Equine Trio? It is stunning, I have it and I am going to restart it because I do not like the 1/2 stitches mixed in with the full cross stitches.
Hi Lori! Thanks so much for watching. The photo in my thumbnail is an old Candamar Kit called Kindred Spirits. The artist is Jeness Cortez. It's one of those kits with the art work printed on the Aida and you stitch as much or as little as you want. I won't lie, I hated stitching on it but was determined to finish and give it to my sister. She loved it. War Pony is stunning! I have seen Equine Trio but do not currently own it. I may have a few more horse kits currently on their way to me right now but that is not one of them! Maybe someday. I think I might have a problem! Take care!
A unicorn sighting! I'll be working on Unicorn Mystique this month because oldest WIP was pulled for categories. I'm so happy you got your unicorn kit! What a wonderful surprise! 😊
Hey Shannon! 👋🏻 Looking forward to following your progress on Unicorn Mystique this month. I was thrilled to be gifted all of those beautiful kits but the fact that one of them was Thunder Ridge was amazing. I may have, since then, found a few more unicorn Dimensions kits online at really good prices and they may be on their way to me right now! 😆 I told my husband they were my birthday gift from him! 😉 Thanks for stopping by to hang out with me. ❤️
I love that Unicorn kit. So pretty. I love all the horses you stitch. Also love the stocking.

Thanks naturegirl! He’s so close to a finish! 😆
Wow, you got Thunder Ridge! So lucky. I've been on the hunt for that as well. Enjoy every stitch!
Thanks Pat. I couldn’t believe it! I do feel very lucky. And blessed. I can’t wait to get started on it. 😄 Thanks for watching.
