Well, we have to remember that the tmnt in this version are in the same universe as Naruto, so they have chakra and can use ninjusu like the Naruto characters can which makes the turtles and team 7 pretty even.

Your underestimating the turtles because even in base the turtles can dodge lasers that move at the speed of light and thats not to mention the mystical powers the turtles have used. But if this was shippuden team 7 turtles would be fucked but these are part one team 7
