Yooo! I thought I was the only one whose favorite One Piece character was White Beard. He the GOAT. Also, there hasn't been one sword fight in One Piece that shows ANY character to be a skilled swordsman in my opinion.
I do agree that there is great story and development in the chimera ant arc but the cast we get introduced to is much more interesting in York New and the pacing feels better. Could be bias because kurapika and chrollo my favorite. Both are amazing arcs I just enjoy the yorknew story and intensity much more than the chimera ant arc.
I agree with you but i think Chimera Ant gets more credit from me because we got introduced to less interesting characters than York New but somehow they made us care about them MORE. The amount of development they gave traditionaslly boring characters is next level.
