      This variation targets the TricepsBrachii and Anterior Deltoid more than a standard Push Up. The movement at the shoulder joint and load on the elbow joint are different. In the Diamond Push Up, the movement is shoulder Flexion with slight horizontal adduction, and the load on the elbow joint is higher.

    Good video. A lot of people have no idea about the psoas. It is a very painful stretch at first but it certainly pays dividends.
