I use the 12ga double barrel shotgun with 20 shots of povela slugs and just double shotting scavs and use their packs and rigs

With the big level 5/6 armours I always insure they are so big and usually (if a player manages to kill me with one on) they are ruined and players don’t like to pick up a ruined large armour. I’d say 70% of the time they come back.

Bro what? I mean customs would be a close second but I would say interchange all day. You can extract from 3 corners very reliably and it's honestly hard to get lost as long as you stay out of the center

This game is most unwelcoming to new players. No in game map, confusion with exit points, confusion with guns and I could go on. Game is frustrating and I gave multiple chances for it, but it's just too stressful to play as newcomer. Sad!

yeah as a person with over 500 hours in the game i think the problem with it for me is it's just too artificial. Like instances all have loading screens, the zones have loading screens, and the story is just a text dump. I also think the story just straight up is just too much. As someones who's finished shadowbringers and experienced the highs of the story i can say that they're great, but with all the crap in between it just feels like a slog. Overall i have no clue what i want out of this game. My only hope for this game is high end raiding, and even then i just hate the idea of statics. So yeah mixed feelings about this game.

i'll give you my perspective as a player who stood with this game thru its entire life span.. this game has changed alot since its inception. 1.0 version was trying to copy its predecessor an use nostalgia alone to lift itself out but that turned out to be a major mistake because people have grown up since the days of FF11 an they have more responsibilities now or the new faces are too young and are used to a different style of gaming compared to the old and super lengthy grind that most oldschool mmo's embraced. and thats why the 2.0 version which in my honest opinion was the greatest change and version of this game they had arguably it was transformative and the developers considered every bit of feedback wether it was good or bad and the result was a phenomenal experience an welcome niche for both old and young generations of gamers every thing was new and fresh an the players themselves were happy and welcoming version 3.0 introduce some new changes but they didnt feel as impactful as 2.0 they felt more like just additions to already existing things, the story telling was ok wasn't the best writing ever but it was still nice and unfortunately because these new ideas were not as impactful or transformative it lead to a huge drop off of players mid expansion version 4.0 is an odd beast.. its a mixed bag some will tell you it was the best version they played but others will argue it was the worst. the game was unstable and unplayable at launch but this was lack of foresight on the developers side, the content we got was not super fun it was simply re used gameplay regrettably with the one exception being that we got ultimate as a hardcore game which pushes everything to its limits. story was a tad weaker as well but i still enjoyed some of the smaller moments and loved seeing an eastern themed culture. version 5.0 this one brought back some faith to those who were on the fence on the verge of dropping the game it revitalized how battle works, added in better story beats, made the energy of content feel more liberating and more worth doing, and for the most part it was consistent but it had a few bumps too wasnt a perfect version needed some fixes but those fixes came pretty fast and helped keep things steady. 6.0 while i dont want to crush anyone's feelings or experience i need to be blunt here.. it was a mistake to release this version of the game in its state it needed ALOT more time to bake and be stable and it shows with how discontent alot of players are with this version the producer/director even has admitted himself he wished he could have had more time to develop before letting this one come out but unfortunately his bosses were just to greedy and the pandemic really didnt make matters any better it limited things by alot as well i feel like alot of things had to be rushed which is just so sad as this version especially we were told would conclude all things that lead up to this point this narrative and journey. not to mention endgame has suffered alot leaving bitterness in many who were expecting a greater change.

I also dropped FFXIV multiple times because like you I hated the graphics, the UI and the 2.5sec gcd. I played a lot of mmorpgs in the past and I really wanted to like FFXIV but felt as if it just really wasn't for me. Also I didn't have any friends that were playing so ended up moving to other games. Fast forward last month a couple IRL friends asked me to play with them and decided to give it another try. I'm still getting used to the 2.5sec gcd but overall I'm having a blast. Maybe it's because I now have people that I know to play with. I'm lowkey addicted now and think FFXIV is a great game but may not be for everyone. I just wish I gave it another try sooner! Great take on the game btw.

Great video, very helpful! One suggestion I would have is to put a visual of the key on the screen with its name along with the price. This would keep people more engaged with the video and make the video feel more professional.

What everyone fails to realize is that a new Game Engine will NOT fix Server Issues, Bugs or anything. If anything it will be even MORE buggy. They have their own proprietary D2 Engine with thousands of hours of experience and knowledge of. Creating a new Engine from scratch will be even more Buggy. Using an Existing Engine will mean YEARS of Tweaks, having to pay for support and turn around times will be MONTH instead of days for Emergency Patches. D3 is not the way to go.

Just more stable servers would be a bonus so I'm not having to gamble my solo dungeon runs. :D

Why would a third game solve everything? It would/will just end up like it is now. Destiny is a pretty complex game. Destiny is coming to an end, and we're/I am ready for a complete new game from Bungie.

Makes me sad, but hope you find something more interesting to do, and if you do scrap your channel then I hope you have a good life :) the state of the game is def depressing for any long term fan of the game. Even if we expect an overhaul they really did wait until beyond the last moment, and now we are legit just in an unbelievably low point and it’s so depressing. Was one of the few games that I still enjoyed playing, and I can’t confidently say that anymore.

You put it best. They need to sell the rights to tarkov to a much bigger dev team. BSG created one of the best FPS survival games ever, it’s like they discovered fire but have no idea what to do with it. EFT is basically a playground for what one of the most immersive FPS games should (mostly) look like, BSG just can’t finalize it.

2:00 This I think, is one of the biggest issues with Tarkov. They have a buy once business model, which means no constant cash flow, no customer lifetime value. Tarkov NEEDS people buying the game constantly to have cash coming in. Where that becomes an issue, is how miserable and difficult the game is to learn. The vast majority of players aren't going to put 200+ hours into the game to be "decent". They're going to put 5-10 hours in, get shit on by the sweats constantly, then uninstall and never look back, let alone upgrade to EOD. BSG needs to address the starting experience if this is the business model they want to continue with, and even if it isn't. Whether it be early game matchmaking, level/hour played brackets which extend the longer you've played, an integrated tutorial which can be disabled once you're familiar with the game or otherwise, BSG NEED to make the early game accessible to players so that people can get into the game, and change the "suffer for 200 hours" reputation of EFT. I know it's meant to be a difficult game. It's meant to be miserable at times, rough, and have difficulty baked in no matter how experienced you are. But the way it is now, it's unnecessarily difficult for newer players. Especially when you consider how much of the game forces PvP. When you have newer players in the same raids as players with 2000+ hours, the game is literally penalizing them for being new and feeding their tags to experienced players. Nothing worse than finally knowing where you are and getting the drop on a scav so you can loot, only to have three thicc boi chads come slap you like a scav because you couldnt scratch them even if you got a chance. EFT has the potential to be such an amazing game, and a long, long life in the industry. But they're dropping the ball on the business and user experience side of things. Their business model needs to be adjusted, and the user experience needs to become more of a focus. Instead of constantly pushing for development over and over, they need to do shorter sprints of 1-2 months, then stop for a month and fix everything which has broken or the bugs which have popped up. Even for longer time players, the constant bugs, inconsistency and back and forth with sound/lighting/recoil issues are becoming so negative that the experience isn't worth it any more.

My friends were calling me to try out Tarkov for years, but I managed to dodge it thinking that it’s not more “fun” than grinding in Dayz or ARMA, but during the new year holidays I finally tried it out. Long story short after reaching 43 level I deleted every item in my stash to make sure I never get back to this game again. At first it was fun mostly because of an unusual experience bringing some unique gameplay features and mechanics to your everyday FPS, but later I realised that this game screams “grind” before and after every single raid, the nail in the coffin for me were the quests, endless lags on maps like streets and lighthouse and the overall balance. Poor visibility and awful sound design favours camping and not active gameplay. I work 5/2 and turn on my pc to have some fun and relaxation in the evenings but playing Tarkov feels like a 2nd job and honestly like every 2nd job - it’s tiring and irritating.
