* CMS (1x2 slot) - 16 seconds - 5 uses Pros - cheaper to buy than Surv12 - heals 4 seconds faster than Surv12 - takes up one less slot - fits in all secure containers Cons - You receive less HP back on injured limb than Surv12 - Does not heal fractures - has 10 less uses than Surv12 * Surv12 (1x3 slot) - 20 seconds - 15 uses Pros - You receive more HP back on injured limb than CMS - It will also heal fractures - has 10 more uses compared to CMS Cons - more expensive than CMS - Takes 4 seconds longer to use than CMS - takes up once extra slot - only fits in Beta, Epsilon, Gamma, and Kappa Container I prefer the Surv12 but use whatever fits you great video btw man!
I feel like if a limb needs restoring, I'll be on my way out of a raid anyway, so I prefer to keep the smaller surgical kit in my container to maximise looting space!
I think the price analysis in the video doesn't really do Surv12 justice. I do agree that CMS is the more logical one, however price per use of Surv12 is much lower than that of CMS.
also one extra consideration is that the Surv12 weighs a whopping 1,2 kg while the CMS only weighs 0,4 kg. This small difference can be enough to make your kit overweight before the raid and not allow you to level up endurance
In my gamma I have two variants one for solo play and one for duo or team play. My solo kit consists of 1 injector case, 1 keybar, 1 grizzly, 1 CMS, and , stack of whatever ammo I'm using if it's AP ammo. My team play kit consists of 1 keybar, 1 AFAK, 1 golden star or ibuprofen, 1 injector case, and 1 surv12. Usually if I'm running with a team I leave 1-2 slots open for whatever.
Which meds, or other items would you like to see me cover next? I love the comparisons that can be made between items in Escape From Tarkov!

I had that same thought after I listened back to it for the final time after uploading. Thanks for the feedback!

That's true! Not sure whether it's significant enough of an impact to affect the decision, but a good observation nonetheless!
