I experience the world so vastly different since delving into the science of consciousness. I too have had the experience described by Federico, Wild Stuff! I recall the thought when in the midst of the awakening, "Unified Field", since then its been a constant unraveling of what all things in existence truly are. Everything is alive with Consciousness!

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the phrase "meaning crisis", but it's hard to understand a "message" when it is part of a 2:00:40 video. I appreciate the timestamps, but since I'm not a professional in this field, Do you have a 3-5 paragraph summary beyond: go outside, touch grass, talk to people? I am not okay with the cliched concept of: "everybody makes their own meaning." So far, that has primarily been used to perpetuate deceit, manipulation, subjugation, control, torture, and us being farmed. Do you have an helpful, TLDR, TEXT version of this, in case I DON'T have to go on a long drive? Here's an example of short, concise and helpful: Conservatives (like USA Republicans) want SLAVES. That is why they hate same-sex couples who do not create unwanted pregnancies. That is why they hate abortion. That is why they hate contraception. That is why they want to eliminate reproductive education from schools. The *best* way to keep people ignorant and impoverished is with Unwanted Pregnancies. Conservatives want slaves. The absolute WORST thing a couple can do at this time (Trump 2.0) is to generate additional, superfluous human slaves to be manipulated, controlled, subjugated, tortured and farmed by the Global Capitalist Machine. I feel like withholding slaves is the last recourse we have to fight/punish them. Humans breed out of ignorance and selfishness. Hopefully the children will be wiser and more compassionate than their parents were.

Science has a lot to say about free will through having a lot to say about determinism. Behaving as if we have free will does not mean that we have free will and is readily explicable even if we have no free will. Any belief that we have free will is understandably intuitive but is not borne out by objective evidence. The language of choice and accountability is the same but has different interpretations depending on the belief in free will.

The notion of "conscious exotica" is grounded in the notion that consciousness itself is something fundamental, something more than being aware, first of the world, of being and acting in the world, and then of hallucinations generated within and processed the same as input from the world (thinking, imagining, remembering, dreaming). This notion of a thing more fundamental than this "particular form" of consciousness is essentially mystical. No, there is consciousness, such as we know it (as just described) and there are other things in the universe, and some of those other things may be in some way similar to our consciousness, but whether we call them consciousness is purely a matter of choice. There is no essential truth to this, because each thing is just what it is.

Tom is wrong about his interpretation of the delayed-choice quantum eraser. When photons pass through the double slit they then interact with the BBO crystal. This interaction changes the wave function from one that can interfere with itself to one that cannot. This process is called decoherence. It has nothing to do with measuring which-way information from the entangled photons. The pattern on the screen is always a non-interference pattern regardless of whether or not the entangled which-way photons are measured or not. I hope Tom corrects this misinterpretation, since he has some good ideas, otherwise.

In "Theravada" Buddhism in Sri Lanka, all enlightened "Baghavath Buddhas" appear on earth after eons of life times of purification of the mind, as a fulfilling universal qualification to perfecting qualities of "conscious energies" described in Sri Lankan Buddhist canon/texts "Pali Thripitaka" as "paramitha kamma" (perfectible universal deeds). The Baghvath Buddha has described beings existing in 31 realms. All creations in this universes are "energies" with influence of the "elements" under "causality". The Buddha has described how universal energy called "kamma" manifests in human form through human faculties of seeing, hearing, smelling, taste, touch & mind (past experiences) called aggregates, amalgamating with external world experiences of feelings through the "Human heart " organ as electrical wave signals to develop a "seed" to become "conscious energy" which continues to the brain as a "thought" and this continuation of experience is stored in the "sub conscious" mind in the human brain called "mano" (pali ) (mind) in Buddhism. This" perception " action is called "thought". Thought becomes a conscious energy called "kamma/karma , phenomenon in Buddhism.

Despite its mathematical elegance, the amplituhedron itself does not make new physical predictions that can be directly tested in experiments (at least not yet). Its role is more about simplifying existing calculations rather than proposing new phenomena to be observed. While the idea that the amplituhedron operates outside of space-time is intriguing, this idea remains speculative. There is no experimental evidence to confirm that space-time is not fundamental or that the amplituhedron represents the true nature of reality. Yet!
