I think you are not wearing the blue one due to the colour. Perhaps over dye it to suit your pinky peachy purply vibe? It has great lace I can see it in a deeper colour.

I bet MJ spends very little time on screens. Take that, critics! She sounds like my oldest, who has always been a very active kid. He joins every school sport available, currently is the captain of his volleyball team and is in cross country, does intramurals during lunch hour, seems to go on an overnight camp once a month, is part of his local youth group (all this in a very shortened day because of his long bus ride), and would you believe he's bored? He wants to get a job and take drum lessons. 😵‍💫Meanwhile, I have other kids who don't want to leave the house. You can't change them!

Hello! Kath from Mindful Melbourne Maker podcast sent me across to you, but I also see that my friend Dani from A Knitter’s Suitcase is also a viewer! I really enjoyed your podcast. Essentials in my notions pouch for each project includes the regular things like scissors and stitch markers but I try and keep a crochet hook so if I make a mistake in my knitting, I can fix it straight away! Your t-shirt is beautiful even with your rookie sewing (I can’t really comment because I don’t sew at all), and I love Unicorn Purple. I was looking at it just yesterday on the website of my LYS. I’m currently knitting a test knit called the Lucca Sweater by Kristen Finlay of Skein Yarn here in Australia. Congratulations to the 4K subscribers!! I've made a lot of summer tops this year so I'm looking forward to transitioning into fall knits. My newest cast on is going to be a Ranunculus, which I will hopefully finish in time for Rhinebeck. I'm actually using the yarn you sent me that dyed for the tank top along winner last summer. If you remember it's a really pretty peachy pink, and I got some Drops mohair in a darker pink to go with it. It will be a gloriously pink top! My biggest fall goal is to cast on a blanket for my daughter for her 16th birthday. I have no idea if I will finish it in time, but she's a huge Gilmore Girls fan, and I purchased several skeins from Treehouse Knit's Gilmore Girls collection earlier this summer. It will be epic. I have many small notions pouches, that all have scissors, tapestry needles, stitch markers and barber cords (I bought a bunch of pony bead string from amazon a couple of years ago). That being said, I always seem to misplace the pouches, ha! Good luck with your classes this year!

Congrats on 4K, and congrats to the winner of your last drawing! Beautiful yarn! Love all those project bags. As a retired teacher after 25 years of teaching public school, I'm especially drawn to the pencil! I'm currently working on an intarsia project, The Cowboy Jacket, for my granddaughter's first birthday in January. It is a nightmare! I'm juggling 6 colors of yarn at the same time and can't wait to finish. In my notions bag I have scissors, crochet hook, stitch markers, and tapestry needle - although I always forget one or all of those things and have to borrow from knitting friends! Thanks for another great podcast and good luck in the coming school year!

Big congrats on 4k. I will definitely be casting on Freedom Chosen, I love the idea behind it. I won’t be voting as i am in Northern Ireland but i know what way i would vote. lol I am a big sock knitter so light bulb markers to count my rows are always in my project bag. I like the Autumn Blossom name. I think of the mum plant as more of an autumnal plant. I haven’t knit the love note, i have heard a lot about it. I am going to look into it. Wow it sounds like your going to have a very busy term, it great that your getting out of your comfort zone. That is always refreshing. 🍀🤗

Thanks for casting on Freedom Chosen with us! Mums really are beautiful. I have a giant purple one right now (I should have popped in a picture of it.) I hope you join us for the love note KAL too in October if you aren't busy knitting socks :)

Hi! I love all the names, but Frosted Petals for the win!! In my notions bag, I have all the items most people have BUT I also have a piece of hard candy. I don’t want to be stuck somewhere and need a mint or such. I am picking out my yarn now for the Freedom Chosen pattern, excited to start. Have a great week !

Congratulations on the 4K subscribers - it's always a delight to catch up with you. I always keep stitch markers and try on tubing in my project bags. I keep a separate notions pouch with scissors etc next to me on the couch at all times!🤣

Yay, Alicia! Will you have time to Zoom on Sunday? I need to make a post in Ravelry. And, Frosted Petals seems to be the most popular vote here in the comments.
