Today we will be covering my favorite gym lift. And no, it is not the bench press. We will be applying four rules and comparing across history to see who has actually gotten the highest (tested) number in pro wrestling. And yes, i forgot to add Doug Fournes :(

How matches influenced wrestling forever
Просмотров 2,1 тыс.4 месяца назад
Just like The Simpsons have done everything before, wrestling has always been inspired by past events. Not only in the WWF/WWE, but also in Japan or the independent circuit, certain matches were the catalyst for initiating a whole new style of wrestling. Today, I will go into more detail about a few of them, even though there are probably a dozen more.
The complete history of STEROIDS and WRESTLING
Просмотров 15 тыс.4 месяца назад
Today, we go down the rabbit hole and try to figure out not only the history of steroids and performance-enhancing drugs in professional sports, but also who were among the first to admit to using them, the consequences, the trials in the 1980s, and the future of these drugs in the sport.
8 Wrestlers Who Went from Ripped to Unrecognizable
Просмотров 124 тыс.5 месяцев назад
While we have covered many transformations in the past, today we will be doing so in reverse. Which wrestlers, who were once known for their jacked physiques, are no longer recognizable due to an injury, retirement, age, struggles, or simply an easier life?
Pro Wrestlings REAL vs FAKE weight and height
Просмотров 192 тыс.5 месяцев назад
Today i will try my best to cover the actual heights and weights from wrestlers in the past and present. Dont see it as a number set in stone, since the best thing we all can do is to take an educated guess and compare. Also we need to calculate in lifting boots and camera angles, which can be trickt in most cases.
How Brock Lesnars training made him undeniable
Просмотров 3,3 тыс.5 месяцев назад
Today we dive into Brock Lesnars past and present training, what changes he made for MMA, as well as his diet and approach to nutrition. Disclamer, even with all the training, "supplements" and food in the world, we probably wont end up like him since having the right parents is a big piece of the puzzle.
10+ most RADICAL transformations in Pro Wrestling
Просмотров 179 тыс.6 месяцев назад
Today we cover 10 (and some more in the intro like Eddie Guerrero or Edge) of the biggest transformation in Pro Wrestling, no matter if it was a huge weight loss, gaining few extra pounds of muscle or changing the whole gimmick and looks. Little mistake, Randy Orton is currently at 275, not 287.
The 16 BIGGEST SHOOT incidents in wrestling history

Top 11 Heaviest Bodyslams of All Time
Просмотров 65 тыс.6 месяцев назад
Today, we will cover the heaviest bodyslams in WWF/WWE and WCW history. We will use the billed weights, since in professional wrestling, you always have to take everything with a grain of salt. If I forgot anyone, let me know in the comments.

LOL this guy not only encourages us to smoke, but wears a little spoon around his neck as part of his cowboy costume and doesn't really hide its significance! I didn't even know that kind of thing would fly in Japanese culture. As a competitive bodybuilder this is my kind of bro lol! Anyway I love his character and his physique is outstanding, as well as being a good wrestler. Since we just go home after an hour and a half in the gym and stuff our faces and go to sleep and try to pamper our bodies as much as possible, I will always marvel at wrestlers who manage to look so good while putting their body through all that. Especially if they really do drink and stay out late; that stuff really is horrible for the gains! Even at festivals I avoid doing alcohol and try to get a good night's sleep for the next day of "partying."

Some of these guys that were highlighted were really like freaks or nature they were so strong. It was incredible but as far as wrestling once I was five years old I realize it was all fake and staged and have Hulk Hogan on even though he got beat up is very bizarre. Here's a guy who had Trump, big speech couldn't even rip off his own T-shirt. He just didn't have enough strength to rip the cotton not cool, but some of these guys were amazingly, strong, bench, pressing, squatting, lifting, etc. just amazing and big.

I know people do lose height as they age. My dad was a level 6’4 when he was younger. He is now 63 and says he is 6’2 now. Seems about right to me i am 6’1 and he is only an inch or so taller than I am. The weight, I think they definitely listed people heavier. TV makes people look heavier than they are and these people look thinner on tv than I do in person. I am down to 256, at my heaviest I was 300. No, I was not a ripped 300, I was an out of shape round 300. I still need to lose more but, I am a ton better than I was before I got married and started to work on taking care of myself and going to see doctors and work on my health.

Hey, the rule was back then you subtract 25 pounds for the real weight. That would explains Dustin Rhoads 30 pound weight loss since leaving the WWE and he never gains nor loses weight in all the years I've seen him LOL (I know 30 is not 25 but who's to say that AEW didn't take 5 pounds off) You can't really tell height because of the Hollywood camera angle thing. They take the cameras and position them to make the person either 3 inches shorter or taller. If you don't believe me watch the people in the ring. The height changes when they go from the left to the right and vice versa but when they stand face to face it's more realistic. (Watch Perry Mason on Metv or what other channel) Notice the character Paul almost always stands to the left of Perry's character)

Nothing pisses me off more than JBL and the Blue Meanie. JBL is an asshole I dont like that guy at all. As soon as someone who could actually go was on his ass(Steve Blackman) he got real soft real quick. I dont like men like that. Bullies who turn coward. I wish Blackman would’ve kicked his teeth out but a ladies bag saved JBL that day apparently.

I’ve only seen one wrestler in real life. Funny thing is his height seemed to be taller than his billed height. Bret Hart. I was in line behind him at Sunterra Sirocco in Calgary. I’m 5’10” and though he is billed at 6’0” he looked 6’2” or so. I was surprised how tall he was. Maybe because he wasn’t as bulky and the bulk made him look shorter. This was 2004. I guess he was probably wearing cowboy boots or something.

nba they seem like 1-2" shorter than real life, or they measure people with shoes on. NFL is legit as with most mlb teams. College players are measured taller by some school then measure shorter when on nfl roster by and 1" or so but not like 3-6" for wrestlers. So in the 2000s with all the ex football to wrestling it was harder to lie about the height. You don't grow taller after 20-24 years. For weight that can varies. As you get older your spine compress and curve looking height plus any surgery.

Andre shrank over time, due to his back injuries. His gigantism condition caused him a lot of pain over the years. Trying to analyze Andre is almost an insult considering that the man had to deal with, when all he wanted was to be treated as a normal bloke.
