It's good on bunneary in Gen 4! Bunneary starts at 0 friendship so it's strong for a good long while when you can replace it with something stronger

Did you know in terms of pokejobs, jolteon is the best pokemon? its high speed allows it to make deliveries fast and its electric typing allows it to work with an electrician. Also, its good special stats allow it to be calm on hard workdays.

I think bulbasaur at the time was able to learn dig via tm. The anime seems to have a tendency to just randomize what mon just get certain machine and egg moves, just swapping game mechanics out for plot convenience/relevance.

Looked it up and it STILL can't use it in the mainline games. Only Let's Go and Legends. In fact, it doesn't learn ANY poison moves by level up. TM only.

I disagree. I think that 200HP was too much. Most of the time I used it I felt like I was "wasting" the HP it could heal. Like healing when at 20/180HP felt unsatisfying. I think more people used Hyper Potions after this change. A 200HP Hyper Potion is barely different a Max Potion for like 80% of playthroughs. Also, cost effectiveness matters less when you consider the usage in battle. Yes, buying super potions is better to heal between Elite Four member, but if you need to heal during the battle, a Hyper potion is better than wasting 2-3 turns.
