If u see carefully, u will notice the difference. It's different in texture and pattern. 6d is the biggest pattern and the rest more or less same size. For texture it's either matte or glossy smooth. Matte type u can see and feel the difference of the weave.

Personally, I feel 4d glossy is the closest to real carbon fiber texture. You can choose that.

The AGV Pista PR carbon texture is matte and has more depth. The closest I can suggest is 4d matte.

I use headlight film which can resist heat better.

What we mentioned here was vice versa that can fit into the socket. Although hb3 is 20mm and is smaller to fit into hb4 which is 22mm. You still have to twist the bulb into the socket that tightly securing it.

For t20 brake is 7443 ( 4 pins) not 7440 ( 2 pins) . Theoritically, what you mentioned is correct. But there will be no lights if it isn't braking if you need it as a tail light.

The thickness is all almost the same. But if you are looking at more realistic look. That will be 4d glossy.

If 1 pin is broken off from the solder, it can still be repaired. Take out the base socket and try solder the pin back to the connection point will do.

Straighten the pin. Pull the base socket out. It's hard because it's being glued

For halogen 7443, u can use it on halogen 7440. But for led 7443, u need to trim 1 side of the pin off to function better for led 7440 to prevent short circuit

It will not work as 7440 is single pin bulb.

@@boxer593 in our sentra N16 the OEM tail light bulb and socket is 7443 but it act only as park light not brake light.

Wonder if 7440 led bulb can work on a 7443 socket

3d is matte surface. If you want it to become glossy, you can use those spray type of clear lacquer or protective paint over it.

Different brands has different printing of the carbon fiber pattern. But my opinion is that the 4D glossy is the nearest pattern to it.

I have not try that before. But to get white colors light we need RGB, Red, Green and blue film. Combined to produce white light.

U mean 1 layer of the Golden yellow film over the white led light? The color would turn out warm color. Hence the more layer we over layed the more intense light color will turn out.

If u have done it correctly and the bulb socket is not faulty, the bulb should hold firmly into the bulb socket. This will not affect the light bulb function at all.

If you did not use a hot gun during the installation, best is to leave it 1 day. If you had use the hot gun to dry it and did a good job, you can roll your windows straight away.

In term of black, they came in glossy black or matte black. Glossy type will look more black than matte type.

5d glossy would be ideal.
