Is there any way to do the opposite? I have warm white/yellow and I want to convert them to cool white.

I have not try that before. But to get white colors light we need RGB, Red, Green and blue film. Combined to produce white light.

U mean 1 layer of the Golden yellow film over the white led light? The color would turn out warm color. Hence the more layer we over layed the more intense light color will turn out.
