Meditation & breathwork is important. It's changed countless lives and it's changed mine. As your awareness improves and you become more present, you start to notice many important things about presence and joy and start to uncover useful insights about yourself and your emotions, how you react to things and what you can do to change and improve. I've started this channel to help people get into meditation and I hope I can give you value in some small way.
I do not claim to be an expert, nor have I trained as a monk. Meditation is just now such an integral part of my life and wellbeing and I wish to create guided videos in a way that I feel will best serve people with my knowledge of music, and share methods that have helped me.

Just learned about this type of breathing. Thank you for the soothing music! I have sudden onset vagus nerve disregulation and it’s been a new, awful life! My heart rate can go over 200 bpm for no reason! Always had a very strong gag reflex and sensitive vagus nerve. Bumping my elbow could make me lose consciousness. Had to learn from my chiropractor that the lack of a gag reflex is indicative of vnd! Not the doctor. Cranial-sacral therapy is helping but it takes time and the pounding heart after setting is scary!

I have anxiety which makes me tend to rush through my day-to-day activities in a panicked and counterproductive way. Following this particular meditation in the morning takes the edge off and helps me function better through the day. When I incorporate celestite into this meditation, it takes me to a realm of effortless balance and harmony.
Please use more smooth and pleasing sounds for ticking and hold, inhale exhale etc. which are clear to distinguish also.

Does one breathe during the switch? Meaning I inhale during the first count of three and continue inhaling after I’ve switched (it takes a split second to switch) and then exhale for five?
I think the idea is you hold it for 3, then exhale.

If you're having severe panic attacks, please do yourself a favor and do this box breathing video 6 to 12 times a day. You will have MAJOR results. It's shocking how well breathing deliberately works.

Hey, for those starting yogic breathwork: 2:57 is not the "Breath of Fire" - if you're referring to yogic practice. Breathing through contractions is actually "Kapalabhati" or the "Shining skull breath". Forceful inhalations and exhalations are the breath of fire or "Bhastrika"
I do 15 of these before bed and I sleep much much better. Also works if you wake in the night.

U could've made the video way better by not cutting it off 50 seconds into the 6 second breathing.. make it at least 2-3 min next time
Just wanted to share, I'm starting a new life in a new city. It's Tokyo and I'm not the hugest fan because it's so lonely there. But I got good reasons, and I can leave after 2 years but I've just been so scared. The people there are so judgy and complete opposite from where I'm coming from. Although, I'm fully aware both places has its pros and cons. I'm just not been able to see Tokyos pros right now because of assuming how homesick it's gonna make me.
