- This video features the parasympathetic sigh, nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) and box breathing. I hope you find this combination of slow & soothing breathwork exercises useful. I have created different guided music for each breathing exercise and created visual cues to help you along the way whilst keeping you fully immersed in the session. Tell me how it went!
