LOL this is a hidden gem

DE has intentional design and unintentional outcomes. The STUG falls into the first, where its a star chart early MR weapon thats meant to suck and people are supposed to move on from it. Even with all the power creep, certain weapons are not meant for "greatness." Thats kind of how I see it with the stug. Even the Sonicor and Staticor or Tysis can be made into serviceable SP Chart weapons, but the stug is just meant to be a relic of the past.

I think what pisses me off most about the stug is DE could easily fix this thing, easily, but they would rather the meme live on like they did with the kraken. All they have to do is make it more like the kompressa where the blobs don't stick to each other and delay the explosions, modify the UI to actually show the status chance, and that's it. The weapon becomes more viable if every glob exploded after a half second delay and didn't stick to each other. If you wanna make the most out of the stug you have to fire it in a circle so the least amount of goo combining happens, so they can explode. Tried it with lavos to allow forced procs, and it still wasn't great mostly due to that combining mechanic. Remove that and it at the very least becomes viable for star chart stuff. Double the status chance and explosion damage as well for it to be actually viable but still worse than compressa.

Dude I am so pissed rn, Acolyte spawning literally at the worst time possible. I insert the datamass and he spawns frame-perfect. He knocked me down mid air several times which doesn't even make any fucking sense, teleports me at his feet and knocks me again and when I try to shoot him he deflects damage. Literally the worst fucking acrolyte ever made me so fucking angry. Of course he killed me and I still had to defend the datamass. So rediculous.

I think it's okay to make non full strip builds viable, tho I'm worried that full strip might be underwhelming when 10 corrosive is enough for every situation. But yeah they'll probably make late game a lot easier generally.

i'm not yet tested mag+smite againts level cap yet. is smite+bubble bugged or i missed something, 'coz most of the time when i solo or host, demolyst took 2-4 smite cast to kill it in early round, but when i'm not host, smite does tiny damage.
