Yes this old version looks much better than the modern ones. The wood is better and more accurate manufactured and assembled. Also the new stock does not have a compartment for the cleaning tools. By the way how can you shoot from it without a rubber gasket between the barrel and magazine?

This Yunker is really in a good condition. The only problem that you hardly can shoot. The rubber ring (gasket) between the rear side of the barrel and a magazine is missing! BBs can not reach the barrel properly and a lot of CO2 is missing!

Юнкер по факту является гладкоствольным карабином, так как в нем гладкий ствол без резьбы, производился с конца 1990-х годов по 2014 примерно в разных итерациях: Юнкер-1 имел в своей основе переделанный автомат с деактивированным стволом и интегрированным в него пистолетом, стрельба велась через шомпол; Юнкер-2/Юнкер-3 считаются одними из самых лучших, так как имеют очень приближенную к оригиналу конструкцию со съемный клапанный агрегат, интегрированный в переделанный магазин АК. 2 версия сделана на основе АК-105/Сайга МК-03, 3 версия - на основе АК-74М/Сайга-МК. А еще именно 2 и 3 версия поддаются качественному тюнингу, ибо суровая сталь везде, включая газобаллонный агрегат. :) Юнкер-4 представлен в видео, агрегат из пластика и интегрирован в ствольную коробку...Плюсы и минусы, думаю очевидны. Юнкер-5 было выпущено мало и он вроде бы страйкбольный. Внутренности всех Юнкеров сильно деактивированы, внешне это массогабаритный макет, которому подходят все оригинальные запчасти от прородителей.

I saw it was quite a bit of prying removing the gas tube tension spring off the upper handguard @ 07.01. Is it difficult to put back that gas tube tension spring on the upper handguard and it wouldn't fall off? I have a new set E&L's platinum wood and I would need to do this.

Thanks for the video, I bought a CETME NOS wood stock set that I want to fit onto my PTR91. The CETME has no metal so i'm thinking I can buy a cheap plastic stock set and swap over the buffer and other stuff to the wood right?

I am a little disappointed because the thickness of the lower is 1.5 millimeters thick, the thickness of an AK 47. Compare to other brands like Daniel defense or Aero precision, or colt it’s very, very thin. It’s a 2023 model. I saw in youtube other Geissele automatics that are thicker.
