Making the ultimate procedural NPR shader in Blender
Let's make a procedural shader setup in Blender that can make a variety of traditional shading effects including hatching, cross hatching, halftone, pointillism and more! This shader only works in Eevee :)

I have problems with "motion_blur" , "shutter" at 1. The propeller changes position. Why is it moving?
You deserve more likes. I understand shutter speed when it comes to a camera, but not the shutter speed in blender.
