Hello I work at an afterschool program and think this would be such a fun activity. I have been researching how to make a pendulum painting and yours look amazing. Any advice on how to build the mechanism that holds the cup? Also how is it done so that the paintings seem to come out different each time? Really want to be able to recreate similar looking artwork with the kids. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

How do you get it to swing the way it is in order to make the pattern in the 2nd to last one? Is there more weight on one side than the other or just the way you swing it or how? And 2 more questions is how much weight do you need to rig on the cup or whatever? Or do you even need a weight on it? I love these videos and love your work! I wanna try it out so bad ❤😊 I know it will NEVER look as good and as flawless as your's but if like to give it a whirl! 😅❤

How do you finish off the back of the coasters so that they look nice/don't scratch the surface they sit on?
